The entire team - and particularly Sydney- was very responsive to my asks for additional information and for assistance in the booking process. With the understanding that our stay will be a little later this year, I would say quite definitely that we will be happy to stay with Provence Holidays again!

This is the second time we are using…
This is the second time we are using Provence holidays. We had a wonderful holiday in a fabulous villa last year. We find all the staff to be friendly, efficient, patient . Fanny helped us find the right place with our requirements and allowed us to ask many, many questions till we settled on what worked best for us. Highly recommend .

Professionnalisme et réactivité
La villa que nous souhaitions réserver ne répondait pas entièrement à nos critères, et rapidement, on nous a envoyé un email proposant plusieurs autres villas qui correspondaient parfaitement à nos attentes.
Donc, nous avons pu effectuer la réservation sans tracas en évitant de devoir faire les recherches nous-mêmes.
La prochaine fois, je zappe même les annonces et prends directement contact avec eux pour leur faire part de notre quête sans avoir à passer des heures en ligne à chercher la villa qui coche le plus de nos critères possibles !
