My MAGA Bear order was lost in the mail. Tiffany from your Customer Service Department was outstanding with whom to work. She replaced the missing order, and even agreed to ship it on a specifici date so that I would be home when it arrived. Tiffany was friendly, cooperative, and very professional. I am sure I will be ordering other items from Proud Patriots in the future.

Truthly I almost forgot that I ordered $100 worth of pens and when I remembered I contacted Proud Patriots and their response was awesome and might I add the order was placed 5 Months ago and expected to ship in May…which I knew. I also ordered the $10 tumblers which were more readily available and a very nice product.

Proud Patriots is a great vendor. They offer excellent customer service. I have made several purchases and referred the site to friends and family members. I have always been satisfied with my purchase and customer service. I recently had an issue on my last order, which they corrected in less than 24 hours.
