This company is not legit. Fraudulent. Taking advantage with their company name for our people who have served so that we can celebrate 250 years! Their return policy states they guarantee satisfaction...I received a 25% refund from my original purchase that hadn't even been shipped to me! This doesn't deserve a single star!

I purchased the 250 American History Book.
I was very disappointed when I received this product. The promotional video makes it appear majestic, impressive, and much larger than it actually is. In reality, the item is quite small, the colors are duller than in the advertisement, and it lacks the striking appearance that convinced me to purchase it in the first place.

For the price charged, I expected a product that matched the quality and visual impact portrayed in the video. Instead, what arrived was an ordinary item that felt significantly overpriced. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the product is non-returnable, leaving customers with no recourse if the item fails to meet expectations. Overall, this has been a very discouraging purchase, and I feel that the advertising created expectations that the actual product does not fulfill.

Had question about time to receive products and Time was acceptable!
The hard covered book is fantastic and perfect for a Patriotic parent to go over contents w his/her child!

I have been charged every month for several months for a Vip membership that I never authorized! This membership was over $74 a month! Don't trust this company. It is not an honest company. They have gotten hundreds of dollars from me without my knowledge. Crooked company!!

I ordered a Coin and somewhere along the On Line BS I was signed up to a VIP Service I did not want. It was hidden and deceptive how they stsrted billing monthly services to my account. I contacted them to find they deleted their contact and then has AI answer the phone. They Dont refund and you cant contact them via Paypal. Its a scam!! I emailed the customer support and the person listed as an email contact but all I got was "Ill look into it"

What I have to say may be considered by many people as a contradiction to a five star rating. While I could complain about all that went wrong with my order, I chose to base my rating upon everything that went right with it. Mistakes can easily happen, but correcting them takes true grit. Yes, it took three attempts by the customer support team to get my order correct, but each mistake was met with a fast and courteous response. They made customer satisfaction a top priority and exceeded my expectations for quality service. When a company works professionally to overcome problems that are beyond their control, the least I can provide to them is patience to let them resolve the issues. Thank you.

Beautiful book and great customer service.

I have been a loyal customer of this company. However, I just noticed that they have been charging me a monthly "VIP" membership fee. I never authorized them to and it was without my knowledge. Looking at some of the other reviews, apparently this is a common practice with this company.I started looking at all my monthly fees they were taking out and saw it started low, at around $5.00 and overtime it increased to $21.00. I called, and emailed the company regarding these fees, and have yet to hear back. It was also very difficult to find how to unsubscribe to this membership on their website. This company claims to be patriotic, which is why I supported them, but what is patriotic about taking advantage of their customers. They have lost a loyal customer by their shady business practices.

Ordered a bunch of stuff for the holidays. Was a huge hit, everyone loved their bobbleheads and currency collectibles!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Proud Patriots. Everything I have ordered has been of the highest quality. Their customer service is fabulous!

Garden Flag product is well-made, from high-quality material unlike many such similar products. I expect to get many seasons' worth of use from it.

Once you get the product. Its beautiful. But the process of getting takes forever. Without any up date unless you go through the not so easy to use website. To get information. Witch you still wait a couple days for someone from customer service to email you back.

I purchased 5 items on 4/16/26. On the 21st I received notice of shipment of 1 of my items. On the 22nd I received notice of shipment of the second item. On 5/2/26 I emailed their support to determine the status of my remaining 3 items. Their web site said something like "processing' or similar. They followed up with some stupid response about "waiting for a package can feel like waiting for a pizza delivery in the middle of a power outage..". Not even funny. They even proceeded to tell me that if they had a Star Trek transporter, then I would already have my package (what a joke as it hadn't even been shipped). They told me that my order was shipped on the 21st. I believe that this was some sort of automated email. Anyway, I informed them that the aforementioned shipment was 1 of the 5 items shipped and that 3 were still not received. They never responded. So, I informed them that I would be having my bank dispute the charges in the next 24 hours. In the evening I received a message (automated I am sure) giving me a USPS tracking number. According to USPS, USPS has not received the package. This means that they just provided a number with no actual shipment. Absolutely no personal communication at all. I will most likely refuse the shipment and dispute the charges. I will never order from them again.

I ordered five 47th President Trump $2 Bill and the Operation Epic Fury collectible card gold variant. I was not sure if my order was lost because the order was taking a long time on delivery. I sought some assistance and asked a question about my order and was taken care of honestly and quickly. My order did arrive and I am amazed at the quality and the packaging of my order. The $2 Trump Bills are amazing and the Epic Fury Card is a great collectible my Grandkids will love. Thank-You very much.

My communication from this company was through email but Ciara responding to my emails to help resolve my online ordering issues. I like purchasing patriotic themed stuff and they have a lot to choose from.
