My gifts were received well and everyone loved them so much that I was asked to purchase more. The service I received was incredible and their knowledge on each and every item is second to none. Sehr schöner Schmuck, den ich gerne täglich trage. Ich besitze bereits mehrere Stücke (Ohrringe, Armreif, Halskette, Ring) und bin mit allen sehr zufrieden. Auch die Lieferung war sehr schnell. Ausserdem ist es ein tolles Projekt, das ich gerne unterstütze.

Meine Mondstein-Halskette ist nach vielen Jahren und täglichem Tragen leider kaputt gegangen. Aber ich konnte die kaputte Halskette an Prootsaah zurückschicken und ich bekam eine neue Halskette mit reduziertem Preis zurück. Das Material der alten Halskette konnten sie wieder verwenden und ich habe wieder sehr grosse Freude an der neuen. Der Kundenservice war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich!

Tolle Produkte, nur leider halten die Fotos farblich nicht, was sie versprechen. Die Farben der Steine sind in echt sehr anders. Ich retourniere die Ware deshalb.

Das einzig Gute an dieser Firma ist, dass Frauen geholfen wird. Unprofessionell, lange Wartezeiten, überteuert, schlechte Qualität.

Protsaah is that kind of company that really take care of their customers, helping them to get the right object purchased or when some is not available anymore advising with other solutions. But what I liked the most from them is the help they bring when problems comes long time after the purchase has been done supporting the customers in the reparation of the goods.

Unkomplizierter Umtausch nachdem bei meinem Ohrring ein Stein herausgefallen war. Super freundlicher Service und wunderschöne Ohrringe!

Kette ging beim ersten Tragen kaputt bei nur leichtem Ziehen, als ich die Kette richtete. Kein grobes Verhalten!!! Danach als Retoure eingesendet. Sehr lange keine Rückmeldung erhalten bis dann endlich ein Ersatz kam. Der Ersatz war beschädigt. Danach erneut retourniert und Rückerstattung beantragt. Das Unternehmen kommt nicht entgegen und will nur 70% des Kaufbetrags rückerstatten. Ich bin enttäuscht.
