Prototek is a professional 3D printing service bureau based in Valenza, Italy, operating since 2006. Prototek is a brand of Trust Technology Services S.r.l., a company of the Dedem S.p.A. Group since 2019. We work as an engineering partner for engineers, R&D managers, technical managers, designers and innovation teams across automotive, aerospace, marine, automation and industrial machinery, packaging, lighting, footwear, fashion and professional sporting goods. Companies such as Selle Italia and Filippi rely on us for technical components and end-use parts. Our production runs on two industrial technologies: Carbon DLS™, with epoxy and elastomeric resins, and HP Multi Jet Fusion, with PA 12, glass-filled PA 12 and TPU. With seven Carbon DLS™ machines running 24/5 and fully in-house production in Italy, with no outsourcing, we cover every stage, from a single prototype to series production of thousands of parts. Every project starts with dedicated technical consulting: we support our clients in material selection, design optimisation for additive manufacturing and the development of complex geometries and custom designs that traditional manufacturing methods cannot achieve. We are ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified, ensuring controlled processes, certified materials and full confidentiality of your projects and data. Our goal is to help companies shorten lead times and time-to-market, move quickly from prototyping to production, and produce only what they need, when they need it, without warehouse stock. Constant support and attention to detail follow each project from the first file to final delivery.

I first came across Prototeck and then Dedem, and I’ve fallen in love with both companies;
they’re always keen to provide the right product, and their technical and sales advice is always on hand.
The marketing department is lovely, always attentive and always on the ball – it’s a pleasure to work with them.
They are also two companies that are very active in supporting social causes, and these days that’s a quality you rarely find in multinationals.
