Very good prices and quick delivery
Great service only problem was the delivery courier
As the trims all came bent and the protector tube
Luckily I only needed shorter pieces

Nasty bunch of middle men/boys running this company.
They don't know how to do business and put their feelings in their customers complaints.
I'm so glad it's not just me. They really are a dodgy company. Watch this space.

first their courier left me waiting all day as they kept changing time then didn't bother arriving. They arrived when I was out without warning the next day. Left it with a neighbour.

The product arrived was wrong as the customer services recommended the wrong product

I had to pay the tiler to go shopping to buy the right product

now they expect me to be in ALL day for them to collect the wrong item but I am moving

No more ply arrived as stated

Ordered 2 tiny springs the weight and size of a grape, cheapest postage option is £7 which is more than the spring cost.

Prompt, well packaged.. good product!

Horrible Company.
I bought 7 tile trims that all came with scratches and marks. They sent a replacement and again the same issue. No QC and inspection system. returned and asked for a refund after all the hassles. But they deducted £15.59 for shipping! Scammers.

Update: They refunded the deduction.

I ordered some tile adhehsive, water-proofing stuff and a trowel. Ordering was easy; prices were very competitive; delivery was fast with tracking provided. The items were packed extremely well in strong boxes with plenty of bubble wrap. I rate this a big 5 star company.

Products were delivered when they were due.

Dealt with a friendly & helpful sales advisor, low prices when compared to high street tile stores, good delivery service. Top marks!

Ordered on 18-05-23 and paid extra £25 (+VAT!) for next day delivery (Fri 19th). On 22-05-23 I received a text from Pall-Ex saying the order is "...now loaded and ready for delivery.."! I 'phoned ProTiler ... they promised a call-back with update. It didn't happen...I sent email asking for firm delivery day/time and for refund of the next-day delivery charge...I followed this later on with ANOTHER 'phone call. During this call I was informed I'd receive goods that day (22nd) and they reluctantly agreed to refund the next-day charge. Low and behold - nothing received (it's now 12-06-23), so I have been in touch with Barclaycard and the credit card company are refunding the next-day charge...and then taking it up with ProTiler.
The goods are fine. Service as poor.

Ordered last min the day before needed. Great serviced, delivered as planned. Would highly recommend

I ordered 33 12mm Hardie backer boards on line as the price was very keen. Due to a pallet delivery I needed to pay £45 for this service but the over-all price was still cheaper than local stores. Did you know Jewsons are asking £37 a board, Pro Tiler offer them for a tad over £13! Though out the order process I was kept informed of the delivery and overall I'm very happy with the ordering process and Pro tiler.

Very quick and prompt service. Would definitely use again.
