Awful. They throw you for a loop asking repeat questions and accusations anything to not approve resending an item even if it was the driver error. No real empathy and pretty unprofessional. Still waiting for my shirt that's missing. Its been weeks now. Do better guys....
They are violating the Federal do not call registry. I asked to speak to a live agent. (It's an AI system that calls) When I informed them that they were violating the do not call registry, they hung up on me. I called back to the 520-523-3228 number that the call originated from and got hung up on immediately upon asking for a live agent. I called again and the lady that spoke to me was rude when I explained that the use of AI does not override the do not call registry. I would give negative stars if possible.
Telephoned approx 3 weeks ago to put a claim in and speak to someone.
I was told so eone would call me back, I havent heard from them since!!!
Protect was suggested to me regarding whistleblowing advice. However I was not prepared to be interrogated.
The man I spoke with sounded bored and definitely not a people person.
I was advised the call would take 30minutes. I was on the phone for 1hr 30mins!
I finished the call feeling like I'd done something wrong.
I had sort legal advice prior and just wanted further advice but I wish I hadn't and would not recommend.
INCESSANT telemarketing calls. Your info will be shared to so many companies your phone will blow up all day for so long! It’s been 4 days. PROTECT.com IS NOT HERE TO HELP YOU SAVE MONEY. they are in the business of selling your info!
