Ich habe einen Head Swimrun Anzug gekauft, geliefert wurde ein Anzug der offensichtlich gebraucht war, unsachgemäß in den Karton gepackt, verschmutzt mit Lagerspuren und ein Schnitt im Neopren hat. Dies wurde dem Kundenservice geschildert, daraufhin habe ich keine Antwort mehr bekommen, nur häufiger die bitte den Support zu bewerten. Rechtliche Schritte werden eingeleitet

Compre 3 bañadores y hubiese sido mejor que los hubiesen metido en una caja, ya que las cajas individuales vivieron dañadas, culpa del transporte, pero podían haberlas protegido un poco más
