I first used prostobox.com services back in 2021 and I still use them today. In that time Prostobox has passed the convenience test by 100 percent. Получение компенсации за последнюю утерянную посылку заняло три месяца и километр общения с поддержкой. Саму компенсацию перевели на Пэйпал, как платёж за товар, проценты за перевод сняли с меня!

👉Ну и вишенка на торте: втихаря уменьшили сроки хранения посылок. О том, что у меня копится долг за хранение, я узнал только через месяц после начала платного хранения. Поддержка разбираться в данной проблеме не собирается. На вопрос почему не предупредили, ничего внятного не услышал. 🤬😡

UPD. 10 Dec. 2022 - Позволю себе прокомментировать отвратительно лживый ответ компании:

1. Нет вы не выполнили своих обязательств по возврату компенсации. По факту, из-за ваших ошибок я своих денег полностью так и не получил. Свои ошибки вы письменно признали в общении, но мне от этого ни холодно, ни жарко.

2. Вы меняли срок хранения посылок в начале марта 2022 в связи с отменой прямых рейсов в Россию. Цитирую:

"Также, мы увеличили сроки бесплатного хранения собранных посылок на складе. Вы можете подождать, пока прямое авиасообщение с Россией будет восстановлено. На данный момент срок бесплатного хранения увеличен на неопределенный срок."

Сначала увеличили срок, а затем уменьшили. И меня об уменьшении сроков предупредить забыли.

Вы продолжаете тупо врать и изворачиваться.🤬😡
