What an absolute pleasure it was to complete my house purchase through Prosperity Law! Susie and Ella were in contact during the whole process and were always willing to help with any queries I had. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a conveyancing solicitor!

I can honestly say that Prosperity Law have worked so hard for my partner and I recently. They were accessible, available and compassionate to us throughout the process. My experience with Prosperity Law was excellent. This was a very challenging purchase and was a very stressful process for me due to various issues that were encountered. Used conveyancing services, provided a good service, great communication

The house sale seemed to drag on for a long time, we think this was because the buyers were in Kent and the house is in Liverpool. Susie persevered and eventually got the sale over the line.

True assest to the company

Warren Kaye of Manchester Office often gives unprofessional, irresponsible responses to the enquiries raised by the buyer's solicitor. To most of the enquiries, he simply replied as "The buyer must rely on his own inspection or rely on the Law Society's Code for Completion." That's why his turnaround time is fast for giving such simple answers and always blames the buyer's conveyancer to be slow when conducting their prudent review. His unprofessional and rude attitude should not be recommended. He even pushes the buyer to exchange of contract via the estate agent even the enquiries are not resolved yet. Totally unrespect the legal process of conveyancing.

A mixed experience – cost effective, but dealt with team during busy completion period, where emotions were running high.

We ended up working with Prosperity Liverpool branch because of a referral through our new build broker. Initially we were assigned a relatively junior member of the team who seldom replied to emails, to the point where we had to raise this as an issue. Then, as we secured a mortgage offer and started to speak with the more senior team, the experience deteriorated.

The Head of Conveyancing and Partner was quite passive-aggressive, with a rather negative outlook and limited emotional intelligence. She got frustrated with me checking for updates/direction (and even told me how much my emails “cost” to reply to), but I only did this because I felt we were sleepwalking into a big loss of our investment and there was little sense that this phased her. She appeared more interested in “how much” it cost her in time. When she did provide information and updates, they often lacked explanation and it was left to me to interpret or seek further clarification which exacerbated the curtness levels.

Fortunately, our mortgage broker was the antithesis of this and proved exceptionally helpful in navigating this difficult period, helping to secure us an extension for the final notice. Speaking of mortgages - the mortgage team leader, Angela, was a ray of light in otherwise difficult experience. She was friendly, helpful and responsive and just about kept me sane (!) during this difficult period. Thanks Angela (!) and we go there in the end.
