Prop Options Recensioni

High quality, amazing products. Creating a modern twist and extra drama to any cake.

First time ordering with PO a couple of weeks ago. My order seems to be stuck at the post office inexplicably. I contacted PO to see what we could as I was in urgent need of my order to take abroad with me. PO customer services have been second to none. Prompt, timely and friendly responses to help. They followed up with the post office, and now they are going to dispatch the order again to me, next day to hopefully reach me in time. I will also be returning the original order to them should it turn up at any point. In this day and age, this type of resolve is so rare. This isn’t just a good service, it’s a great service and all credit to the Prop Options team. Thank you so much, I would be delighted to order from you in the future.

I absolutely love this cake spacer! It adds instant elegance to any cake with minimal effort. The quality is amazing, it’s sturdy, and it elevates the entire design without extra work. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a professional, modern look!

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I’m in Australia, but somehow I still manage to receive my orders within 2 weeks.
They are so proficient it’s amazing!
Now for the product itself, they are amazing! Their designs are beautiful, but also sturdy.
I wouldn’t trust anything else to display my cakes on.

I purchased the Angela Morrison Stencil (Song Brocade), the stencil is made with great quality and there are so many beautiful designs to choose from! My cakes look so regal and elegant when I use this! Will definitely be recommending this to others!
Shipping was super efficient!

Very good quality

Terrible customer service and even worse quality.
I ordered a cake stand for my wedding, but it didn’t arrive on time — in fact, I didn’t receive it until two months later, and only after repeatedly chasing them. When I finally got a response, they were incredibly rude and claimed they had tried to contact me several times. When I asked for proof, they sent screenshots of my own messages chasing them! They then insisted I pay another delivery fee.

The cake stand itself is cheaply made, and you can clearly see the seam where it’s been put together. I wouldn’t recommend this company, their service, or their products.

Great service and fabulous products. I love the range of textured rollers and just waiting for the right customer to use the spiral on a wedding cake.

The best products with amazing tutorials available on their instagram! The quality of the products is amazing no matter how many times you use them! Absolutely love their spacers!

Brilliant products and equally brilliant customer service

Great product, can’t wait to use it! Super fast delivery packaged well.

Great selection of spacers and stands to give your cake a wow factor and package well for delivery. Clearly labelled so easy to store too.

So helpful and quick to send out the product! Not to mention my cake stand is 10/10!

I used one of the prop options, stencils, and a cake stand. When I attended a 3-day master class. I love the product; it was stable, beautiful, and the stencil was very elegant on the finished cake decoration. I love the product.

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff at the international cake show.
The wore a smile throughout, made me feel comfortable with making my decision with the choice I wanted to have.

I’ve purchased a few items from Prop Options. Their cake stands are great quality and the staff are super helpful. They are always the first company I recommend to clients looking to purchase a cake stand.

Company is doing amazingly well. Beautiful rolling pins. Can't wait to use them

Really impressed with the quality of the item (Reeded Cake Stand). I now need one in every colour
