Prop Options Recensioni

I've bought numerous stands from prop options, right from their very 1st stand! All have been fantastic quality and still used regularly! Recently purchased the stiletto stand and although it may look fragile it really is a fantastic heavy duty stand!

I've ordered several different items from Prop Options - cake stands, separators, acrylic tiers and rolling pins. All have been brilliant! Fab quality, all look amazing and really elevate the cake style whilst also being really versatile. As a cake maker I love being able to use these for my customers.

Amazing products, really well made and beautiful! I’m addicted! Delivery is really quick too.

Great products and swift delivery.
Good to know my wedding cakes are on a safe as well as a stylish stand!

Easy ordering process and quick delivery, despite being in Australia! I also love the YouTube tutorials to use my new purchases. Will buy again

I had no problem ordering and receiving my product super fast delivery

Quality products
The product came right on time, fast delivery and amazing prop for my clients wedding cake

Easy to order on website and delivery was on time as communicated. I am pleased with my order and this arrived well packaged. I will definitely be ordering again soon.

Quality is always exceptional and delivery time is very quick. Everything I have brought from prop options has always been beautifully presented and incredibly strong.

The Trio of Stands I ordered look great and I am pleased with the quality.

However, for the price, I expected at least one spare screw. When I asked on WhatsApp, I received an auto‑reply directing me to buy extra fixings, which I won’t be doing — with postage it’s over £5. It feels a bit like buying an expensive suit with no spare button!

I’m organising a large family event and setting up the cakes myself on a busy, crowded day, so having a spare would give real peace of mind. As a company specialising in cake stands, I would have hoped for more awareness of the practical needs of customers setting up events. A simple spare screw would have made the experience feel complete.

Great product, but it would have been 5 stars with a little more consideration on the fixings.

Speedy response to order
A patterned roller that is easy to use and leaves excellent even definition, wish I could buy them all

Excellent customer service. They kept me up to date with my order and pulled out all the stops to have everything delivered on time. I will definitely be ordering again.

Fast delivery, and I am extremely satisfied with their customer service — it’s truly outstanding. They tried to reach me through every possible channel (e-mail, phone, and WhatsApp) until they were able to speak with me about my order, which wasn’t even a high‑value item. I really appreciate the effort and the genuine care they showed. Highly recommended!
