Awesome custom water bottles!!!
Ordered custom water bottles for an event with my friends! Loved the process, they really brought my design to life, and everyone loved them. We were able to rock matching water bottles, and everyone gave us compliments on them! Just made the event that much more fun, and we were super happy with the product quality. I will definitely order from them again.
Love My Custom Hats!!
Ordered some custom hats and the embroidery on them was excellent. The logos came out perfectly and it was exactly how I envision them. It was a pretty easy process and the company was able to get them shipped to me fairly quickly!
Great Products and Proofing Process
I recently ordered some ceramic mugs with my company's logo to give away as customer gifts. The team was great to work with, we went through the proofing process to ensure my logo placement and everything was exactly as I wanted it.
I was super happy when I received my items, the mugs were exactly as I wanted them and were well packaged so nothing was broken. Plus all our customers loved their gifts!
Never purchase anything before you see the real sample.
We purchased around 400pcs of photo frames three weeks prior the event. The photo frames were clearly listed for 4" x 6" photos. The purchasing was smooth and shipping was fast but what I got were totally out of my imagination. The window of the photo frames was only 3.5" x 4.5" !!!! I had never seen a 4" x 6" photo frames would take that much space for holding a 4" x 6" photo. They literately had wrong pricing (the final price is way more expensive), wrong description, false advertising, and lack of information on the website. Complained but they only able to take back the photo frames and full refund when they received them. I had told them the situation that no time for us to ship back and find another one. They didn't even want to give me a partial refund to settle down the case. It's a very unpleasant experience. Never shop them again. Good luck.
Customer service is amazing
Proimprint is great to do business with! Both communication live and chat (Peter) was very professional & helpful. Got the products just as promised & quality was better than expected. I highly recommend Proimprint for any promotional needs.
Poor Quality Products
I purchased a few hundred dollars worth of insulated wine tumblers with a custom logo etched on them. Although the etching looks nice, the tumblers leak. They won't hold liquid. It took them a few months to start leaking and now Proimprint will not provide any sort of refund or replacement. I can't give these to customers as they are such crummy quality.

This is the description per verbatim of the cards I ordered:

There is a pic of the case and cards, but nowhere in the description does it say ONLY THE CASE IS PERSONALIZED. Had I known the playing cards themselves were not personalized, I would have just ordered bulk playing cards.
The only reason I gave two stars was that the customer service rep I worked with was very helpful with the ordering process.
Improper stock and communication
Sunglassesville.com prints through proimprint apparently.
They told me "stock changes day to day" in response to me asking them to give me my money back when they told me my item wasn't available two weeks after making it "in production". I understand stock changes day by day. An item shouldn't be moved to production until the materials are secured. That's selling without product availability and is not fair to the consumer.
My purchase was marked "in production" on May 19th and it took until June 2nd, 4 days before they were to be mailed to me, for them to tell me there is not enough stock of the product. I should have been informed well ahead of this and given updates as to hold backs etc so I could make a decision as to how to follow up.
Having worked lots of retail, production, and food I'm completely shocked the company would find it to be ok to not keep a customer updated especially when deadlines have been established.
I requested my money back. They offered for me to look at other items. I told them again I want my money back. Close enough to my wedding that I won't be able to get the item be at all from anyone now.

James G. and the rest of the "team" are a joke. They took my order and money in Feb. Told me it would take a few weeks maybe a month at best. Here we are in May and still no magnets or feedback. When I went to place another order online with magnets that would state that they had terrible customer service or the fact that you would get your magnets from the company in 4 months, their response was to cancel my February order. I am going to gladly place a new order with another business that will at least be honest upfront when you place an order.
Not reliable
We tried to buy a face cover mask from them. It took a while for the design to be prepared and returned to us for approval. Although I approved the design, they would come back with another approval design. This happens many times to where eventually they said sorry but the mask has been sold out. This back-and-forth happened for over a month. They offered another design that is more expensive without complimenting anything. For that reason, this company is unreliable.

James is the Greatest Of All Time!!! He went WAY above and beyond to finish a large custom order with a 3-day turnaround. He not only made it happen but found a different product that went better with the theme, which the client loved. James was polite, fast, and very professional, I will be ordering from James again in the future!!!

The delivery was late due to shipping problems but the service was great and the final product beautiful - even though it was delivered tyhe day after the event took place.

Overall poor experience. Product not delivered on time, expedited shipping option not offered, company took no ownership of the issue and what representative failed to do/say. Offered a $50 credit as resolution - not adequate for $320 in product I could no longer use but it was something. Just attempted to use the credit and the terms magically changed - it was no longer a $50 credit, it was a 15% credit per order until I reached a max of $50 (so I would have to place multiple offers to get the full credit). Dealt with manager named Houston - lacked courtesy and customer service, completely changed what he said to me from 1st conversation. I asked for him to pull our first recorded conversation, said he would but then stammered over if he called from office phone or cell phone…clearly excuses at that point. There are so many companies that offer the same products - save the aggravation and use another company that will stick to their word and value their customer.

Can not say this enough- excellent customer service. The cooling towels order we placed with ProImprint were great and working with Eric Kim from the team was fantastic. Eric was always positive, quick to respond, and extremely helpful with our request. He went above and beyond several times to get us the assistance we needed with our order (ex. detailed itemized receipts, offered multiple shipping location coordination, quick review and turn on artwork proofing). Very appreciate of Eric's time and effort - we will definitely keep ProImprint in mind for future company event item ordering.
