Awesome customer service! Jennifer Curtis was phenomenal and helped get our first order and then our second expedited! Quality was great and we made a great profit for a fundraiser.

Ordered customized umbrellas and was very pleased with how the graphics came out. When ordering from manufacturers we are always wary of how clear it will show, however in this case it came out very nicely! They even color matched the umbrellas to a specific pantone (mint green) which is a color that isn't used as often for products. Very thankful for their service!

I received great service from this company. They answered my questions and were in touch with me to let me know how my order was being processed. It was timely and done to my liking.

I buy gifts for my staff each year and have encountered many companies that are only interested in getting the profits of a sale or make me product or delivery promised that are inevitably ignored. However, I had an extremely professional and human experience buying from US Umbrella. The gentleman (Devin Hawkins) who assisted me was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The graphics were spot on and the delivery as fast and the product just as promised. Each individual step was outstanding making the overall process exemplary.

I wish that I were able to give a higher rating, as the initial contact and ordering experience I had was good. We ordered umbrellas as a corporate gift for all our employees; however, one of the umbrellas was broken, and we did not order in excess of the number of attendees. I was offered a refund but was refused a new umbrella. This is an unacceptable outcome, as now a single employee does not have a gift, and him knowing that our company got some money back does not ameliorate that fact. I should also mention that I have not actually received a refund; rather, whenever I call, I am told by the account executive that she will check with production to see if they will print a new umbrella and call me back "if not today, tomorrow." I've been told that several times, never receive a call back, and have to call again only to be told the same thing. I understand that it is not cost effective or ideal to print a single custom umbrella; however, we were sent a defective product and it would be far more appropriate to dip slightly into their profit margin in this situation rather than refuse a replacement.

Our umbrellas arrived beautifully and timely. We gave them away to all of our employees; everyone was impressed.

We ordered umbrellas to be used as favors at our wedding because we LOVE the rain, but thought they would be nice to use as a parasol if it was sunny on our wedding day too. The order process was very easy, however, I did have to follow up a few times to check on the timing of the order. That may have been because of the holiday in the middle of the order process, but either way, it was a very minor issue. The umbrellas were ordered, processed and delivered in a very timely manner. The only thing I could really have seen improved was the type of boxes they were sent in. They seemed to be falling apart even before I had opened them. Again, a very minor issue. Our guests really loved them. Many of our guests continued on to an extended vacation after our wedding weekend and were very happy to have the umbrellas during the rainstorms that seemed to be everywhere that week. I got texts in the weeks afterwards with pictures of our guests using our umbrellas all week long. We'd definitely order from US Umbrellas again!!

We ordered umbrellas from this company and everyone was very pleased. Not only did it come out great, but the company was able to give us proofs almost immediatley which is always a good thing, especially when on a time constraint.

We loved the printing and logos, and the umbrella colors, however the golf umbrella shaft is thin and weak. If it gets slightly bent, trying to straighten
it bends it severely.
