Evil sadistic cheating scum. STAY AWAY. They will ruin your life and pass on your details to other scammers. It starts with just a little money then they offer you special deals and tell you you are doing well. They squeeze as much out of you as they can and when you are bled dry suddenly your agent leaves and the 'recovery agent' says there were irregularities and you need to pay more to save your account. I have a long term illness and cannot work. These evil scum got my life savings with promises of sure deals and false profits on their fake website. THEY WILL DESTROY YOU AND TAKE PLEASURE IN IT. STAY AWAY OR YOUR LIFE WILL BE RUINED

ProfitiX Anne Smith is a fraud and scam she contacted me in January 2020 and persuade me in investment trade and made transfer the sum of $30500 in US dollars and in the beginning I don't want to to do any investment as I told her that I don't know anything about investment she told me not to worry everything is auto she will put in the trade and will monitor from her system and she even took the my money that I have for starting my own business and promised me of the return on 23 February 2020 but she plots a scam to hold by saying amazon trade will open once year and ask me to put in a trade on amazon but she didn't put at all and instead she put natural gas trade claims that the trade contract of natural gas is for March 2020 on February 2020 and she went missing on mid February 2020 and I was contacted by her colleague another unregulated broker claiming that Anne Smith can promise you alot of things but is not in the company policy and I immediately react told him that I don't want to talk to him and I told him please ask Anne Smith to call me and she call me on 17th Feb 2020 told me that she was on emergency leave and ask her the natural gas trade she told me not to worry it will close in profit and further add on asking her about what amazon trade she told me it has been postpone to end of march 2020 and told her to close my trade account and return all the money back and than she put trade on others and hang up all my other trades close with profits except the natural gas position after that she call me again 2 days later told natural gas trade contract for the month march 2020 as expired on 19 February 2020 and got angry you told me not to worry it will close in profit but now you said it expired not even reach march 2020 yet it's still February 2020 she asked me to pay cash to renew the march 2020 contract for natural gas of 2,500 USD but I told to deduct from my profit or deposit amount but she cannot I must pay cash if not will go trading floor and I said you are doing scam work not to return my money as you have clean my bank account and the money came from my road accident insurance claim and I am suffering from permanent disability she immediately hang up and call me next day again and keep threatening me and told I am not a agreedy person person that's reason I don't want to do any investment please return all my money but she hang up and after that she started calling me everyday threatening. I lodge a police report and commercial affairs took over and Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) told me that profitix is been blacklisted since 2019 and alot of Singaporeans has been scam by them later I started my own investigation and found out that they have been blacklisted by FCA and Action Fraud UK police department furthermore the company is not licence to do any financial services or overseas investment and they will take your money and put in stock market for the profitix company to get high turnover that's the reason they hold on to your money as long as they can . I have have check with my friends who are investors for many years the told me you went for your immort and export courses you don't know that if gain lost in stock market they will deduct from your profits if you don't have any profits they will deduct from your deposit amount because you have put in investment with a principal amount of 30500 USD as a deposit and furthermore you have profits with that Anne Smith ask for cash means she is a scammer. Genuine brokers will help investors not scam them. ProfitiX Ltd all brokers all of them unregulated even Anne Smith. I urge all of the people around the world whom affected by ProfitiX Ltd to lodge an FBI complaint against them. Please don't try recovery company most of them are fraud. ProfitiX Ltd unregulated brokers will use Hong Kong phone numbers but they are not registered with Hong Kong telecommunications department beware I already check with Hong Kong police department. I know ProfitiX representative who reading this review will take down this review and I will not stop until I get back my money it's already a year plus and your chat line doesn't want to reply my email after the request of my email address. There's still have your Facebook,twitter and Instagram to upload all my collections (evidence) from the government agencies around the world. Please return my money. Beware of this scammer ProfitiX furthermore brokers will act has senior account manager, senior broker and junior brokers they act who they want to be as for your request to talk to higher management it will not go higher everything will stay with broker and helpdesk they will be playing among themselves to scam you. I all the relevant evidence. So ProfitiX company CEO please put your email address on your website and your higher management why hide if you are genuine . Please don't steal from handicap you made my life miserable.

ProfitiX , Honestly for what you need my ID account number ? i blow out all my account with all your pressure to complete the Lots another wise i would be left with 500 $ out of 90K of my account with all the penalties and fees …This is insane , you don't understand that you took advantage of an unexperienced guy who didn't know what was get into it and washed brain ? and now is in great depression and don't know what to do with life because he aint got nothing left ? I worked hard to earn this money , and get a phone call saying all this stuff ? You shouldnt be doing this to people ...But there you go , at least a phone call apologizing that would be the least !

They pretend to be helpful in the beginning, but when you ask to withdraw the money they will get angry! Do not trust Nathan Lambert the broker!
It's now one year since I stopped trading with Profitix and I'm still waiting to receive my funds which is $7,000 (AUS).
They sent me a form to sign to process the refund and the amounts were COMPLETELY wrong! When asking to review I just get excuses and no help!
I am now trying to find someone to help sue Profitix and receive my money back!

I just want to review only the past 5 months with a great agent that taught me how to trade, how to analyse and how to proper make profits and not gamble as most of the accounts managers are doing.

It was the morning of 15'th May 2020 when I received a phone call on my mobile phone from an unknown number. the lady on the other side who had a Filipino accent told me that she is representing an online financial education platform by the name of "Capital World" which as per their website is based in the UK. She was very friendly and persuasive. She asked me about my background, my professional and personal information mentioning that it is for profiling.
She explained to me that their website is an online learning platform that provides financial education to get started with online trading. They will also have a financial consultant who will guide me on how to do trading. The educational platform was stated to be having lifetime access and all of it for a payment of One Hundred United States Dollars. Along with the Capital World account, I also received an email from a company named ProfitIX Ltd. On the evening of 15’th May 2020, I received an email from a person at ProfitIX, who as per his email is the Senior Portfolio Adviser & Head of the VIP trading Floor. This person gave me a phone call and asked me for a suitable time to have a chat. We mutually agreed to have a chat later in the evening of 15’th May 2020. Later during the call, he introduced himself got me started on the account by getting the “Metatrader 5” App on my mobile phone downloaded and installed. He also got the “Anydesk” App downloaded on my phone after which he took control of my phone and demonstrated the trading App. He showed me a 100 USD balance on my account (which I paid for earlier in the morning). He opened a Bitcoin trade with the available balance of 100 USD and asked me to wait for few days for the trade to yield profit.
About two days later, on 18’th May 2020, I received another call from him asking me to check the account. There was a small profit on the account from the trade. Following this, he proposed to me to deposit a higher sum of money so that the profit could be higher and persuaded me to deposit more for which he made me agree. During the transaction, he was in control of my laptop using Anydesk software which he installed on my laptop prior to doing this transaction. He made me do a similar setup on my laptop to set up the trading account on it like what he did on my mobile phone.
Upon gaining control of my laptop, he took me to his profitix website and initiated a deposit. I entered my credit details as requested by him and authorised the transaction. Although the transaction was made on his website using a credit card, the actual transaction occurred via a website called bitcoin.io
After making the deposit, he opened a few trades on my account for various financial products.
The next day he called me again mentioning that he will provide a credit bonus from his side should I deposit some money with him and persuaded me to deposit more money with him which I did, in the same way, using my credit cards and the amount was again taken using a bitcoin wallet. This was followed by some more trading activity.
After a gap of one more day, I received a call from him again showing me a good profit and persuading me to make one more deposit since he has a scheme of 100% bonus credit if I deposit an amount on that day. After a lot of discussions, I finally deposited some more money into the account. As usual, he opened more trades for me. The trades were excessively opened and four days later on 26’th May 2020, I received a panic call from him saying that my account is going in a serious negative due to a market downturn and if I do not deposit more money now, I will lose all my money. He forced me to deposit a lot more money in multiple transactions. During this process, he used to get overly aggressive and used extreme pressure tactics to get what he wanted. I was held at ransom since a substantial amount of my hard-earned money was now with him and as per him, if I would not comply, I would lose my money.
The total bitcoin transactions now summed up to a significant amount. By now, I got suspicious of what is happening and read about this company and found out that they are in fact an online scam.
Upon looking at the trades which were being carried out on my account, I did see some discrepancies/ signs of manipulations of the entry prices of the trades to induce losses and make it a case to force me to deposit more money. Upon understanding the same, I tried to create a withdrawal request and withdraw my money back and tried to speak to him about it. He opened more trades on my account and said that he will send the money. About two days later when I saw the account, all the trades were (made to go) negative and he pushed me hard to start depositing more money.
He even forced me to login into my bank accounts so and check my bank balance. They have no licence to operate anywhere. All fake, they r criminals! Stay away from them!

Money was received today in full in my bank account, thanks to the help of my agent,George.He is the only person at profitix who managed to help me and send me my money in the end.

I have been trying to withdraw my money since 8th february 2021.I have no open trades and I have a small profit.I decided to withdraw money but have also had nothing approved or sent.All bad reviews are correct.Everything you have read has happened to me , its their formula to squeeze as much out of you in anyway possible way.Just wish I did my own research on profitix before trusting them,I would have run a million miles immediately!!!! Best thing to do is instruct a lawyer ,report to police and make sure to put as many reviews of your experience with these scammers all over every kind of media possible, so we may help other people from being scammed.

yes I have sent emails to help desk contacted agent(no response) and called help desk but still get told its in process.It only takes 3 days to have money in my bank from the date withdrawal request approved, as you have proved to me when withdrawing 100 USD. account in question # is 432201162 withdrawal id is 90694 amount is 19216 USD withdrawal request was made on 8 February.
I am relentless , as well as Informing Police and instructing a lawyer, I will carry on posting this review Everywhere . You will not be able to type profitix anywhere without having a warning flash up.Return my money or deal with the consequences,I am relentless.

I have the good fortune to be given Bob Smith , an Agent for Profitix. He is giving me twice weekly successful tutoring on the Company trading platform.
Clear instructions and explanation of the market in oil, using the tools that are available to firstly monitor movements at different timescales . Then explains on trades how to modify the transaction.
I am very pleased with his friendly customer business service and always look forward to the following weeks tutoring.

They are the dirtiest set of people that you can ever do trading business online with for a trading company they lie and I have lost money which was no fault of my own they have a snake in the company by the name of Daniel Hyman he told me that the trade on gas is certain he decided to start me off on that trade, when the trade went south he disappeared.
I have then transferred to recovery signed up all the papers, the two people I dealt with were David Ellis and Christian Caro I was told that they will work with me until I recover $2000 I had a trading person who goes by the name Aadam Toledo working with him the money was on the account when I put in to get the funds added to my account they made up a load of excuses that I put on credit limitation from excepting the transfers I never heard so much rubbish these people are con artist and if you come across them run far from them.
That is the experience I had with Profitix, no profit with these low down low life people like them and a lot of people who I have spoken to has had the same issue with these crooks at the same company.
The FCA and other bodies should look into these crooks that offered trading opportunities and the whole experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
My wish is for them all to be found out and their assets frozen and made to pay back the people who they have robbed is why I'm bringing it to the attention of any other person that comes across these sharks.

Dann hat man mir einen "Wiederherstellungsvertrag" angeboten. Die Fa Profitix hat 10.000€ gutgeschrieben, um damit zu traden, und als 6.000 $ "wiederhergestellt" waren, hat man die "Wiederherstellung" beendet. Es geht also. Aber wo bleiben die weiteren 75.000 €?
Ich müßte jetzt wieder 10.000 € einzahlen, damit man wieder "erfolgreich" traden könne. Dann wären also 90.000 € weg.

Scammers. I got my refund back and got out before losing any money. All the signs of a scam were there - newly created website, social media followers were all bots, stated that the company headquarters were in various locations at the one time... the list goes on. I deactivated my account and they kept emailing me so i had to block them. Somehow they got a family member's phone number and we've gotten 4-5 scam calls about trading per day for the last year or so (despite continually blocking these new numbers). Stay away at all costs.

Be aware of Profitix!! It may all seem rose petals and perfume at the beginning. Then they'll put your account into the red. It started the same with my account and then certain trades will take the account into the Red. To save it, I needed to put in more money. Then finally, a very large trade was put in because I was told I need to meet my account quota, and that's when the whole account crashed and burn in 2 days. All along I asked Kristoff White if I can take the small loss and walk, but I get no response.

In the last few months, I have had the pleasure of working alongside Bob Smith in the recovery of my account which took a significant loss in July.
His knowledge and support has been marvelous!
I have really enjoyed working with him. He has so much patience and I have loved finally receiving a profit from my account once more. I am really looking forward to working with him furthermore as i grow my confidence and knowledge.
