Don't reply to calls or emails - they may as well not exist!
Can't get hold of these brokers to set up a new policy. I've phoned (no answer - so left a message, TWICE) and I've emailed (TWICE). The email was read but nobody has bothered to contact me.
Why do they exist if they can't be bothered to respond to new business enquiries??

I tried to get a loan from a UK company…
I tried to get a loan from a UK company which needed a non secured bond able to carry for the loan period.
Started process and got stuck in the money transfer part to an escrow account from a Spain winery. Didn't get no one from the winery to explain what or how they provide escrow services, only 2 people we're speaking a low level of English from which 1 didn't answer the phone.
So be vary!

Asked for a quote for additional…
Asked for a quote for additional insurance, several times by phone and email but no response. Would rather pay more for insurance and get an answer.

The receipt makes it difficult to claim tax relief on the full year as I have to pay VAT and the receipt on states ex VAt and taxes

Excellent prices and service
Excellent prices and service. They will usually go to amazing lengths (if there is any query thrown up by the normally comprehensive web-based process) to get you cover even when only small premiums are involved.
Don't however phone a busy-sounding man later on a Friday afternoon, who will rather reply 'we can't offer you cover' than go to the trouble of contacting the underwriters
