An insurance broker that really cannot be bothered. One agent in particular called Lexy, no return call and no quote. very much a shame - business taken else where and we will never use again.
After nearly 3 month the insurance company will not offer anymore money towards any shipping cost import costs Labour cost and hauler cost now they say they will credit the courrier company who then will sort it out with us and the insurance company now says I have to deal with it myself and through the courrier company we are still messing around and between the insurance and courrier still have not got any payment the claim was only for 359 can you imagine the hassle if you have large claims by the way the insurance company only agreed to pat 66% so ended up getting 240 and nothing else we now ask courrier who they have insurance with to protect our self’s from losing more money still ongoing it seems to be a bit pointless as I am sure they just do it to stress you out must thank the company for been no help at all
For the pallet network they only cover the product while its in transit. If its damaged whilst unloading and loading within their network the product is not covered. whilst in transit many things can happen as products get moved around due to sudden / heavy breaking, as their is no video footage in the trailer that means their is no evidence to back your claim. basically they never pay out and pass the buck. its a rogue insurance company that never pay out. Global logistic and the pallet line network walk free every time. Best thing is to avoid using them unless you get your own insurance separate from a reputable insurer
had the absolute displeasure of Dealing with Conor Watson (Claims handler) a £16k delivery was damaged on route to one of our clients (the haulage company admitted responsibility) and engaged with one broker to process the payment
Conor did everything in his power to avoid payment and it was drawn out over many weeks due to his slow responses & robotic replies (requesting the same information over & over)
in the end we took a lesser payment just to stop having to deal with this utter disgrace of a company
Great service, no issues , get treated like a customer and not just someone to get money out of. You can get a policy tailored to what you want rather than find out later what is not covered.
Absolutely shocking service. Can’t even get a Reg Plate correct with MID.
Cost to our business well in excess of 25k through their shocking disgraceful service. Rude and obnoxious management team. I would recommend anyone but One Broker. Refuses to accept invoice is wrong. Refuses to allow payment in full split over 2 transactions. Yet they claim they are customer focused. When something goes wrong, they want to run away from their desks and not deal with the matter at hand.
Even one of the Finance Services had stated to us “can I give you some good advice, find a better broker than One Broker, their useless, I have lots of customers with issues about them”
All the above factually true, from my first hand experience.
