Great service from Lee G today delivering a new tumble dryer and helping me get the old one out and the new one into place. Best of all he gave me vital information about the product that wasn’t in the instruction manual, and it will save hours of hassle!

Shaun and John from product care were very professional! They ensured that my washing machine was fitted properly. It wasn’t a straightforward job as my washing machine lives in a tight space! They were understanding and has good judgment on what to do where as some workers wouldn’t really care! Thank you John and Shaun for making my life easier!

I would not even give it a star if I could. I ordered a washer the first delivery they could not find my address. We rearranged and twice now waited home to be told on two occasions my washer has not been loaded on van. I get mistakes happen but twice, ive now been left with no washer and they do not care. Ill not be ordering again.

Brilliant delivery service, arrived early, delivery man Giuseppe was friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

Various emails and texts. Day of delivery I did have to call as the tracking just showed scheduled. The lady I spoke to explained I would receive a call just before delivery and that the tracking kicks in 1 stop before mine.
The driver rang gave me eta. Well what a breadth of fresh air! The driver Lee G couldn't have been more helpful or considerate if he tried. He was respectful of my plants not to tread on or knock with the freezer. Thank you Lee for your happy demeanor and confident customer service
