Been waiting for a week and cancel all that and when I phoned up, they said we had a issue reloading the fridge into the van unbelievable reason unprofessional

Florin.P and Sam were excellent! They delivered our new fridge freezer from Costco and went over and beyond to get it through our narrow doors. They showed professionalism, curtesy, cleaned up all the packaging and definitely deserve this praise. Hope they get shown some recognition from their company for doing an outstanding job!

Ryan Hill delivered my new tumble dryer today. Top service from a super polite delivery driver and so helpful too. Good communication from start to delivery with a call beforehand to confirm timings.

Dan and Cory installed our washing machine and tumble dryer we had purchased from Costco. They were friendly, did everything with care and did not damage anything at the property.

For a small fee, I will recommend Product Care Group to take the hustle out of DIY.

Lee G delivered my washing machine today- 15/4. Had a call 20mins from him to advise he was on his way( well within the already received delivery window!!). He was pleasant, checked I am OK before entering property.He inspected the area the new machine was going to be, He took old one away. He setup the new one quickly&efficiently.
