Would give 10 out of 5 if I could! Such great customer service even other the weekend. I made many changes to my order as kept changing my mind but this was no issue and everything was present and correct the next day it all arrived. Really well packaged as well. You can sometimes find cheaper by looking but its this kind of service that you want and pay that little extra for. Great work and will be back for some live stock one Covid-19 is gone!

Brilliant company, used them a couple of times. Had a issue on my last delivery, but contacted them and sorted out the same day. Will definitely continue to use them.

I order at 7 of April and arrived at 9 of April! quick and well wrapt!

Ordered a load of plants for a new aquascape, which at the end of the day aren't that expensive, but that's not the point. When they eventually arrived, annoyingly, some of them were dead. Contacted Pro Shrimp via their website to see what they were going to do about it... answer, nothing! Not even an acknowledgement.

My advice, go to a reputable dealer like Aquarium Gardens. Even eBay's a better option

Ordered a Superfish Qubiq aquarium which arrived quickly and was reassuringly very well packaged. I had an issue with the pump supplied in the aquarium and without quibble Pro Shrimp sent a replacement. More than happy to recommend this company based on my experience.

Ordered aquatic plants and paid for next day delivery. No sign of plants and Proshrimp not answering calls or returning calls after leaving messages on their answer machine. Last time I will use this company!!!!

Fantastic service, when my cheap heater blew up and I had marine fish desperate for heat, this firm got a heater out to me next day delivery. Very impressed. A+

This is about like the 3rd or 4th time i have used Pro Shrimp. And as always its fast delivery. The plants i ordered came in next day in perfect condition. The plants were in a good condition and no snails. Will be ordering again soon keep up the good work.

Shrimp King has always delivered dry goods quickly and at a keen price.

I bit the bullet and just received some cherries in great condition. It's freezing up here in Scotland but they were wonderfully packed and have settled into the tank nicely. Even received a wee bonus shrimp - 11 for the price of 10. A really good replacement from my previous go to, Sharnbrook Shrimp.

I used at least 10 times. They are fantastic. Delivery is super fast, great communication, mostly you find everything you need. Plants rocks substrate, all the major brands, I love to shop with them. Well done Pro shrimp..keep up the good work.

I was a little put off by the “Trusted Shops” guarantee, as it felt like I was being over-assured, which is, errm, “fishy” (sorry). My order arrived today, however, and I’m impressed. Pro Shrimp took just one working day to deliver my order (for free) and it was the best packaged item I have EVER received. No joke - this thing was in no less than seven layers of cardboard, polystyrene, bubblewrap and plastic! The price was also the best I could find anywhere. Very highly recommended, based on my first experience. I’ll be ordering more. Thank you!

Overall rubbish experience.
Bad communication bad company
Recieved product in the most unacceptable damaged tacky condition.had to fight to get a refund.they didn’t even offer an apology or replacement.they promised to reimburse my postage for returning item,and they gave only partial of that.worse company.

Their choice of products is great, many times it's the only website that sells the stuff I'm after at a sensible price.
Shipping has been extremely fast as if they know my fishies are waiting for their stuff.

Pro shrimp have been excellent, I had to cancel my order because of the sudden cold spell, they had to cancel the next because the weather was so bad. Easy to contact and always answer your emails. Plants, shrimp, and food all best quality. Good to have a shrimp dealer I can rely on.

Great shrimp and plants though. Nice owner, he once even sourced some shrimp for me which he didn't sell which was above and beyond. I wish they had a bigger rock choice though. Website is really easy to use.

Excellent and swift customer service. Delivery is fast and you can choose a specific day which is a bonus. Purchased tangerine tiger shrimp and fire red shrimp and some food. Very well packaged and you are given instructions on how to acclimate, their email customer service is also very good. Will be using these guys from now on!
