Excellent service , easy to attend Spire for phlebotomy which many other companies don't offer. This is important, not a fan of using finger tests which are difficult and uncomfortable. Results are given promptly and the doctor's remarks help with understanding the tests. Been using this service for a few years now and will continue to do so in the future

The blood tests are easy to book, the packages provide good cost effective way to test various things. the hospital provides flexibility and ease to find an appropriate appointment time. Sadly, my routine blood tests are no longer provided by GP so this is a good way to check levels.

Very efficient service. Results were delivered on time

I emailed asking for a specific blood test (cholesterol plus composition) but the result only had total cholesterol. Despite my request the gave ne something different and said it was my fault for not noticing the difference. (which it might have been, but I trusted them to do what I asked)

Extremely Disappointing and Potentially Dangerous Delays

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid for a private Beta-2 Glycoprotein 1 Antibodies test with a clearly stated turnaround time of 18 working days and an estimated completion date of 24 November 2025 by 5 PM. That deadline has passed, and I still have not received my results.
This delay is not just an inconvenience—it is medically critical. My wife is newly pregnant and previously experienced a miscarriage linked to abnormal results for this exact test. I made this urgency very clear when contacting the company.
Despite this, the response I received was generic and unhelpful, stating that nothing could be expedited. There was no apology for the delay, no explanation for missing the promised timeframe, and no clear update from the laboratory. For a paid private service, this level of communication and lack of urgency is simply unacceptable.
Delays like this can have serious consequences, and the lack of transparency is extremely concerning. I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs timely or reliable medical test results.

The website information and the prices are fairly reasonable. I purchased a test online and was immediately sent a confirmation email including next steps. I found the test at my nearest hospital easy and quick. The test results came within a week. I was really pleased with the service, the test and communication throughout the process.

I recently booked 2 private blood tests to figure out if I have an underlying B12 and folate issue that my GP was ignoring. The booking process was amazing, I was seen the next day at a walk in clinic and got my results within 2 weeks. Fabulous service, would recommend and use again if I needed to!
