Easy to book appointment, very clear instructions

After several failed attempts to obtain a specialist blood test to determine if I don’t suffer from a blood disorder run in the family I found Private Blood Tests able to complete this test.
After purchasing the test online I secured an appointment in a private hospital of my choice next day and the results were received to my email box 2 days ahead of the schedule.

Quick, efficient and good value for money

Experience was good, buying the test was easy and the staff at Hartswood hospital were friendly.
The blood test was taken quickly and there was no waiting around.
The test results arrived before expected date and the doctors comments were clear.
I only marked down one star as actually booking the appointment at the hospital could have been a clearer process.
But overall very happy.

I am from South africa. When i do my tests there, i get my results in the next two hours. Here it takes 2 to 3 working days which was spread over a long weekend which did not help my case. The cost of the INR is horrendous. I pay about £8 privately in SA compared to £60 in the UK. Quite shocking.....

Absolutely top class service from Blue Horizon, and also Spire Hospital. A very fair price and helpful admin staff, as well as Spire Hospital Carfiff's Outpatient Nurses doing their utmost for the appointment arrangements / requirements for request form etc. to be smooth. I would certainly use again.

The test was good value for money and easy to arrange. I was worried about something and I knew that the NHS is not resourced to test for what I wanted merely as a preventative measure. I saw a local professional phlebotomist, the bloods were drawn most efficiently/effectively and the results were back within the 15 day window as advised. I found the doctor's comments extremely informative too.
