i am very happy with Doctor and trement, after surgery also they r in touch and folled well

Zero support during dicharge. False promises before surgery. After sugery don't even bother to listen.
Don't care about patient's condition, only concern is how to increase billing amount by delaying discharge.

Afzal the coordinator from pristyncare took care from fixing appointment with Dr prakash Jain of Divyadrusti hospital Bangalore. Thereafter consultation he did advice made arrangements for 2nd opinion before surgery post surgery followups, documentation and approvals, start to till date of this review he is continuously following up monitoring health conditions. I'm thankful for his support received.

Customer service team are filled with Bullies, I have enquired and after getting details denied the service, I am receiving calls every day and multiple messages, Even am saying I am not interested in their service multiple people are calling and harassing, they are upfront saying if you are not interested why did you enquired and wasting our time.

This is pathetic behaviour, I am certain these guys are fraud.

Last June 2023,I Had Taken Treatment for Alingers from your Company.According To scanning team and the Dr. Prashant I was informed & Explain that i would only need four months to get my teeth completely shaped.I paid the final Price for the complete treatment with the expectation of hundred percent result.
As I Had twice met Dr. Karan In noida & Punjabi Bagh Branch and informed him regarding the results .In first meeting he guided the same thing & second Meeting Also I guided with the same thing . i Am staying in Ghaziabad .So much conveyance i had wasted behind visit unnecessarily.
After So much follow up from my side i got my rescan done with next treatment plan.
The staff is now asking me to pay extra for the additional aligners.
i've already spent all of my budget on my teeth and won't be able to afford more.

i asked them tp Please take care of my situation and assist me in finding a potential solution.
no any revert yet i got from company .

I had a very disappointing experience with Pristyn Care. From the start, things were off track. I was contacted by a person named Shubham to schedule an appointment with Dr. Sanjit, a general surgeon. Initially, I was told the appointment would be at 2 PM, only to later be informed that it was moved to 5 PM. I agreed to the change, and then I received a WhatsApp message asking me to arrive before the scheduled time.

However, on my way to the clinic, I got another message pushing the appointment to 5:45 PM. This last-minute change felt unprofessional, especially considering I had already adjusted my schedule to the original timing. I mentioned that the patient, who is elderly, wouldn’t be able to wait that long, and upon arriving at the clinic, the nurse informed me the doctor wouldn’t arrive until 6:30 PM. Interestingly, the nurse knew the exact timing, but Shubham had been giving me false information, claiming the doctor was stuck in surgery.

When the doctor finally called me, he explained he was running late due to traffic and rain. This revealed that Shubham had been misleading us all along. While we eventually met the doctor, he didn't even apologize for the long wait, which further added to our frustration.

Due to all the broken promises, poor communication, and lack of professionalism, we lost trust in Pristyn Care. We had planned to proceed with surgery through them, but ultimately decided to move the patient to Fortis Hospitals. Shubham continued to follow up even after I told him we would no longer be proceeding with their services, and his tone noticeably changed once he realized we were backing out.

I do not recommend Pristyn Care. Their service is cheap in both quality and customer care. Such unprofessionalism should not be tolerated.

I have a great experience about my Squint surgery through pristyncare. Specifically Afzal ji the way he is clarify all the things related to my surgery is very excellent so I am very thank full so Afzal ji thank u so much

My experience with Pristyn care and their doctor Rohit Mishra is pathetic, worst and tormenting. I had my septo-rhinoplasty surgery done by dr Rohit Mishra the plastic surgeon licence No. 09-35706 practising in Viraj Hospital (Thane). His surgery has put me in the worst health condition. First, without prior discussion and without my consent he made my nose over projected towards upward direction. And when I complaint about nose projection he tried to convinced me by saying all female prefer to have 180 degree upward nose tip, whereas, there is no such calculation of 180 degree. moreover, his surgery caused infection, for 7 days there was puss discharge and bleeding from my nose. No medical interventions was initiated by him. After having argument with him, he then accepted his mistake and again planned a correction surgery to rectify his mistake and told me not to have any discussion with pristyn care about this. Dr. rohit mishra had never done any nose correction surgery before and yet without consulting any ENT specialist he performed second nose correction surgery just within two month of preliminary surgery, whereas he was supposed to do it after 1 year.
In the second surgery he made my nose deviated towards left, the osteotomy which he had done on my nasal bone was carelessly handled by him and this resulted into misalignment of my left side nasal bone causing injury and pressure on my left side eye nerves. He distorted my nose completely. Moreover, later I realized he had made an incorrect discharge report. Mentioning wrong diagnoses and incorrect chief complaints. Stating patient had crooked nose and nose blockage whereas in reality I never had.
On complaining this to Prystin Care they are reluctant to accept it. Even though providing them with all the evidence and proof they are not ready to give me a corrected discharge report nor ready to take any action against dr. rohit mishra for his medical negligence and manipulation.
Due to dr,rohit mishra's medical negligence I am facing consequences of Difficulty in breathing, most of the time I breath through my mouth, nose syneature has developed, Nose septum is deviated towards left side. Fractured nasal bone is creating pressure on my left eye nerves causing pain and swelling around my left eye and my vision is getting blurred. My left side facial features have been changed, left side lip and nostrils has got pulled upward.
As per the other outside doctor's diagnoses and reports they suggested me to go through surgery once again for the third time to realign the fractured nasal bone and straighten the deviated septum, to correct the nose syneature and nose pinch
Prystin care, very shrewdly is covering up Dr. Rohit Mishra's mistakes by giving senseless and irrelevant answers without providing any evidence to their statements.
As per the reports and evidences i have provided to pristyn care all have proved dr.rohit mishra's medical negligence and poor surgery done by him
Pristyn care is reluctant to refund my money nor ready to have my corrections surgery done cost free.
It's a true fact that, Doctors on Pristyn care's panel are not well experienced. You will find only those Doctors in pristyn care who are NOT recommended by other outside good doctor NOR are referred by any other well experienced doctor. These doctors gets patient only through pristyn care and make money through surgeries. Moreover, the inside truth is that they charge 100% surgery fees but only 20%to 30% surgery is done by the doctor that too in a very local hospital and minimum medical intervention. They have their fixed strategy to save on their efforts and budget. All these terms are already fixed between Prystin and doctors of the prystin care. That's the reason they have multiple ways to escape from the complaint and they support eachother.
Prystin care is a fraud company most of the reviews are self made by them to show 5 star to the public. They do not showcase the real review of the patient who has gone through bad experience. They themselves give 5-sar to their doctors and mislead the reader.
Pristyn care and doctors in pristyn care are only money snatchers they are not at all concerned with the human life. All the employees, doctors and the CEO of the Pristyn Care are Shameless, Great Manipulators and a big Liar.

Dr. Mohti bhandari is such a talented and brilliant bariatric surgeon.....I'll recommend to everyone if anybody is interested for bariatric surgery so go through with dr. Mohit bhandari.....

Update: what started as a wonderful experience ended up in a disaster. The way insurance claim was submitted was utterly unprofessional with no one taking responsibility. No doubt it got rejected and we ended up paying on our own. Insurance claim do get rejected and I understand but rejection because over inflated figures, incorrect documentation, reports consultation and treatment from 3 different places cannot be justified and proves how broken their process is. Top of that after discharge their system is asking to agree T&C's for admission. After discharge their system is asking if we are having comfortable stay. You better get treatment at your own rather than via Prystine. It will save you money and time and whole process will be transparent. Plus you will have flexibility to choose your own place for treatment rather than limited choices offered by them.

This is on the way to a second great experience. Had a surgery myself through Prystine Healthcare last month and had a great experience. This gave me confidence to get their help for my wife's case. Currently Dr. Nikita Trehan is looking after our case who seems knowledgeable, hope all goes smoothly. From Prystyne side, this time Deepti and Mohit are there to guide at every step. Their process is completely transparent and full clarity on treatment cost and insurance coverage. I would recommend them to anyone without any doubt.

It was a good experience.. initially I had some issues but at the end everything was sorted out and I was satisfied with the team .. now I can refer to others .. thanks to pradeep ji and shoiheb sir who made this process so smoothing...
