Hi everyone I have done recent eye treatment with hell of pristyn care, I observed there was an froud happen to me by my coordinator from pristyn her name is tabassum Qureshi, she tool extra 2700 rs except my treatment charge .later I realised and checked details and found.

For that paid amount no bill I received from hospital and they told to check with your pristyn coordinator for bill.

When I ask her she denied to give that bill for what they took money from me.

I observed this is one of the big scam happening to me may be other also face this kind of issue .

I want my money back from pristyn.

They are after money
Got my surgery done for fistula and it reoccured because dr yanshul ghaziabad was after money only

Very worst services please do not go any treatment using pristyn care.

Specially Shubham M J he was one of the worst and dangerous fellow. I have paid extra 7000 Rs. Before the treatment he promised me only 1500 rest of pristyn will take care after the treatment he is not ready to pick my call, very horrible experience with pristyn care.

Please do not take any services from Pristyn care.

I am facing concern, during surgency in 2020, person who was in contact was asked to pay 4200 at hospital from my pocket and agreed to consider it in claim.
The total amount given to prisitn care and now after 5yrs their legal asking to pay 4200 which was already paid at hospital.

I suggest to go for cashless or reimbursement through your isurance comapnay, do not prefer to go through pristin care

Pristyn Care works as third party contractor, i believe with fixed commission from both parties, my coordinator name was Himanshu Dwedi, was very supportive, provided ultimate support even after post surgery consulting, to be very honest i am very impressed with his patience he deals with me, provided free routine check post surgery also, but since third party vendor only charged almost double amount as compared to the regular treatment, neutral review the service was extremely good, but the cost was exceptionally high.

First of all, they are not a trusted organization.They are basically commission agents. They recruit patients through the internet, perform surgeries at private clinics through doctors, and give a fixed portion to the doctors and clinics.The quality of treatment is very poor. I had my wife's piles surgery. I did not find any match between words and deeds. They charged extra expenses outside the package. Everyone beware of them. Otherwise they will cheat you with very sweet words. No one will go for surgery through the internet like this.

This is not a trusted company and look like as a scammer this guys so please don't faith on him, do not take any treatment and surgery from him.
They are layer and after surgery they are not give any response.

MR CONVINCED ME FOR TKR BILATERALRAJ CELL 63663 70261 BUT EVEN AFTER 4 MONTHS I AM HAVING SEVERE PAIN IN MY KNEES. THE REPLACEMENTS WERE FROM GUJRAT AND NOT IMPORTED. THE PACKAGE DETAILS ARE STILL NOT GIVEN. INSTEAD OF 4.2 LACS I HAVE SPENT OVER 6 LACS AND RECOVERY IS VERY PAINFUL AND DIFFICULT. I WAS MUCH BETTER BEFORE SURGERY. THE MUSCLES WERE CUT DURING SURGERY INSTEAD OF SLIDING. IT WAS BETTER TO GO HINDUJA HOSP OR GHANDINAGAR GUJ FOR 3 LACS AND 10 DAYS NORMAL. SO BAD EXPERIENCE. MY CELL NO 9819304653

I was made herina operation in Chennai through pristyncare coordinator Mr.Arun.He arranged one of the best doctor Mr.Prabhakar Padmanabhan for me..I ever seen such like cooperation doctor and coordinator...both are very neat and clean explain ur issues and procedure of our treatments...Even after treatment also we can visit doctor multiple times without any additional cost... Mainly the cost wise they are giving full packages, this is very helpful for everyone....So who are willing to any issues coordinate pristyncare and they will arrange corresponding coordinator and doctor... Recently my sister also done uterus removal operation in Chennai....

Right from the Co-ordinator Shubham to the Laproscopic Surgeon -Dr Vikranth Suresh were simply too good.
Shubham took great interest in organising each stage.
Dr Vikranth was caring, explained in detail abour the laproscopic process.
He oozed confidence in the OT and encouraged me that it will be fine before I was put on Anesthesia.
He personally convinced my wife not to worry while she was waiting ouside the OT before the operation took place.
There was hardly any pain experienced after the Anasthesia effect got over,neither did I vomit due to the Anasthesia effect.
Dr Vikranth is a warm,kind,simple soul .God has blessed his surgical hands with a magical touch.
Would definitely recommend him to others for any surgery.

Pristyn Care is a complete scam and a disgrace to healthcare. I underwent a simple ganglion cyst surgery that usually costs ₹8,000–₹15,000. But because I went through their cashless insurance, they jacked up the charges to an outrageous ₹1 Lakh! Their business model seems to revolve around exploiting insurance policies rather than providing genuine care. They are money-minded and deceitful—stay far away if you value your time, money, and trust.

Ek baar pese le liye fir services puri nhi dete or pese mangte h same treatment ke. I took the dental gap treatment and they said we have given you aligner pairs as planned. Now if their plan did not work completely and teeth gap still left. they are asking more money to scan again and aligners. Already treatment cost is too high and you will not even get complete treatment. Never go with prystn.

My family member's laskik surgery was done very nicely ...all over process was smooth ... coordination from pristyn care coordinator was very appreciative. Feeling good after surgery.
