There were a few issues on my part when…

There were a few issues on my part when ordering with a wrong postcode, customer service were quick to help me rectify this and my AirPods arrived within days! Top quality absolutely no issues and my daughter who they were bought for is very happy. She is unaware they aren’t brand new from the Apple shop. I can not fault the quality or customer service. I will be purchasing again

Bought it twice !

Really good piece of airpods pro 2 that I had to go buy it twice as a gift for my brother. It's been 8 months and no issues at all. Highly recommended.

Bad with communication!

The ordering process is fast, but I was unfortunately sent a faulty product, which they advised I can return.
Well, they go all silent once you have returned no communication with updates, it took 5 messages (which you can see they have read) as it’s on WhatsApp and 2 ignored phones calls for them to respond only to say a supervisor will contact you with regards to your refund this was supposedly today, and guess what? 8pm at night no supervisor has tried to contact me.
All I have asked is for an up date on my return and they can’t be bothered to assist with that. Such bad customer service! I will continue to try and get an update but I predict this will be ignored again and again! I will be reporting this company, if I do not get a response with regards to my refund and return.
I read such great reviews from customers, but clearly not one of these customer have tried to return a product with them.

amazing!!

great prices! the product is always legit, bought airpods from here twice (i lost the first ones 😂) but each time they have came in their original fully seal boxes and packaging, great audio output!

no complaints and quick shipping aswell, both times it’s only taken 3-4 days to come!

Warning: Think twice before ordering from this company

I placed an order with PristineGadgetz, but the product never arrived. According to Royal Mail’s tracking system, the parcel was marked as "delivered" and allegedly left in a "porch" — but it was clearly not mine. The item was most likely misdelivered.

I contacted Royal Mail, only to be told they’re not responsible for missing parcels in online purchases.

When I reached out to PristineGadgetz, I received no meaningful support. Their customer service is virtually non-existent — the phone numbers they provide don’t work, WhatsApp messages go unanswered, and emails are simply ignored. I lost both the product and the money I paid.

To make matters worse, during the complaint process, they repeatedly asked me to resend the same documents I had already provided, clearly using stalling tactics instead of taking real action. Their handling of the issue was chaotic and unprofessional. I was never offered a proper resolution.

Edit (as of 19.07.2025): For the past 20 days, PristineGadgetz has persistently asked me to delete this review — without ever resolving the issue. All they did was waste my time with empty promises and delays. At this point, they’ve completely stopped responding to my emails and messages. There is absolutely no functional or reliable customer support to speak of.

I lost my time, my money, and the product I ordered — all due to their failure. Based on this experience, I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from this seller. If something goes wrong, don’t expect help.

Terrible returns experience.

Ordered some Airpods marketed as ANC but the ANC didn't work.

Says on their website in the returns policy free shipping for returns but I had to pay £4.

3 days after they received the return I had heard nothing back so I chased it up asking for my refund.

Then they asked if they can send me new ones instead of the refund. This was after I had asked for the refund 3 times, including a note in the package.

Why should it be up to the customer to chase up for their refund?

Finally, they reluctantly gave me a PARTIAL refund and claimed that the system has charged me a fee for the return.

Spend your money with a reputable business, not these scammers.

WARNING!!!!! Avoid at all costs

WARNING!!!!!! Do not buy from this company!!! The goods are counterfeit, they have false apple warrranties, I was told to return the goods and they would fully refund me plus the postage immediately after I threatened them with trade and standards! I returned the goods and still waiting on my refund, they keep saying they are sorting refund and promising to contact me but no contact or resolution has been made!!!
Absolute liars and conmen!!! Please don’t fall for their lies and false promises!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Trade and standards are investigating!!! And before you reply Pristine gadgetz with sad excuses ……..people read the other reviews, we are all saying the same about you and your joke of a company!!!!! You are a scammer, a conman and a crook!!!! You advertise Apple AirPods refurbished!!! What you get is counterfeit Apple AirPods, in an apple box, with Apple serial numbers and Apple warranty that doesn’t exist!!! I took them to Apple and they confirmed they were counterfeit and even wrote me a letter urging me to take further action against you and were willing to back me all the way!!! PLEASE people….. read all the bad reviews, they all say same about this so called company!!! We all can’t be wrong!!!! And if they ask you to return the goods for a refund don’t believe them……. You will loose the product and your money……. I urge you to contact trade and standards and get tis company closed down so they can’t con anyone else!!!!!!

ordered airpod pros a few months ago

ordered airpod pros a few months ago, they did however stop working about two months in, i didn’t think there was a point in speaking to customer support, but i thought why not, scott was so helpful, he offered for me to send the product back in, and he would either offer me a return or a replacement, i was so surprised as 99% of companies don’t take returns after 30 days, thank you scott, exceptional customer service.

DO NOT BUY from them

DO NOT BUY from them! I purchased a what it was meant to be Apple AirPods 4gen (refurbished) and what I received was brand new counterfeit Apple AirPods 4gen and the worse part they don’t work well, they don’t pair easily and Siri doesn’t work, I contacted them asking for a refund they agreed and I sent them back (tracked/sign for) they said “I’ve send the info to the payment department” but I never received the payment and they stopped responding, I have now raised a dispute with my card (Revolut) and hopefully I will get my money back, but be aware, most of this 5* reviews here are fake, they DO NOT sell REAL refurbished Apple AirPods and the ones they send did not work properly.

Not real AirPods bought a refurbished…

Not real AirPods bought a refurbished set for £80 and was going to send then back but cannot be doing with the inconvenience!
Probably end up lost aswell as they said do not send back tracked! Hmmm!
No noise cancellation and they make an awful sound (ding) when you open and close them not an apple product could have got the same ones for £20! Do not buy!

They are not real Apple AirPods

They are not real Apple AirPods, they said refurbished but I highly doubt it, I have inspected everything not one single thing in these are not authentic or even Apple related, the case light does not match, the serial numbers are all the same even on the AirPods, which is not right, there is no hard where in the actually lid of the case, all speakers and microphone are not real they are just there for looks and are not even lined properly, I will admit the sound isn’t bad at all but i would say they are more of a £30 earphones, if you are not bothered of authenticity then I will say go for it but if you are expecting real AirPods with all functions this isn’t it
