They are not real Apple AirPods

They are not real Apple AirPods, they said refurbished but I highly doubt it, I have inspected everything not one single thing in these are not authentic or even Apple related, the case light does not match, the serial numbers are all the same even on the AirPods, which is not right, there is no hard where in the actually lid of the case, all speakers and microphone are not real they are just there for looks and are not even lined properly, I will admit the sound isn’t bad at all but i would say they are more of a £30 earphones, if you are not bothered of authenticity then I will say go for it but if you are expecting real AirPods with all functions this isn’t it

“refurbished” AirPod pro

Bought these earbuds. Sound is good, connect to the phone well. But they do not connect to an Apple Watch. Many functions that Apple AirPod pro should do, like spacial audio and ear tip test do not work. They cannot do a firmware update either.
Both pairs have the same serial number.
I am keeping them because the customer service has been excellent but due to the above mentioned facts, I do not consider them to be genuine refurbished Apple AirPod pros.

Went on here before I ordered saw reviews and went yeahhhh then looked at the website and went nooooooo. I’ve asked for refund. They even do a warranty but if you’ve had previous ones you will know fake when u hear it.

They don't deserve even one star

They don't deserve even one star! They sold my 17-year-old daughter overpriced fake airpods that didn't work, and came apart on contact, and then completely fell apart into pieces when she tried to slot the two bits back together. They are definitely not a genuine product and are made of poor quality, inferior plastic and were worn-out as well (sold as refurbished). They are now refusing to give us our money back and only offered to send a replacement, which we obviously do not want. I've checked their company information on Companies House website, and Pristine Gadgetz Ltd was dissolved via a compulsory strike-off some time ago, after only operating for a year and a half, without ever filing any accounts. The phone number listed on their website doesn't work. Reported them to Apple. Please do not waste your money!

I have been trying to find myself some…

I have been trying to find myself some gen 2 AirPods and came across this that’s refurbished. The price was outstandingly cheap which made me interested to buy it. It said product was genuine so I ordered it but when it arrive I checked and I can already see it’s fake by flashing a torch on the upper seal it doesn’t contain what a genuine AirPod product has. Furthermore, the noice cancellation and sound ambient features DOES NOT WORK! It only makes the sound where you press the noice cancelling feature has. I requested for a refund and have to pay for the return and up to a week now I still haven’t received my refund. Really not worth this price just for normal Bluetooth earbuds. Please consider before purchasing!!

Refurbished Apple Gen 4 noise cancelling airpods

I ordered 2 pairs of Apple gen 4 AirPods. Unfortunately I only received 1 pair due to a shipping error. One email to the company and it was sorted. Second pair was on its way the same day. Customer service was fantastic. Product although refurbished looked like new and in perfect working order.
