Only order prism with no expectation

If u need anything urgently especially the fridge do not order from prism or trust the sales person commitment. Inorder to close sales and asking to write good review on google, they will just commit to you everything they can. After 4 days of ordering thru tik tok no sound no pics from prism and after calling them 3 days they inform u currently no stock at warehouse.. I ordered due to tenant’s fridge broke down and now they informed no stock after my 3 days of calling and now I am being stuck inbetween 😡😓

I am one of those who got tricked by…

I am one of those who got tricked by their free this free that and lower pricing as compared to other brands.

Bought 6 of their Aircon unit and less than 2 years the compressor is down.

They simply voided my 5 years warranty for compressor because they said I didn't sign up for their extended warranty to let them service my AC unit and hence warranty is voided. I have never heard of such ridiculous policy.

The best part is with evidence in WhatsApp, they gave me a wrong compressor from Day 1 and it makes me feel they are trying to throw out faulty units first.
Trust me we were using other brand before and they have never gave us any big issue until we decided to change due to old age after 13 years.
Seems like we landed ourself in a nightmare with Prism now.
For those deciding to get any of their product, think twice and Read their warranty policy and whatever package they offer and you will know most of their terms and conditions are only to their advantages. I feel big China brands are even better than them.

Leak at 11PM at night suddenly!! Very very very lousy aircon system

Very very very lousy aircon system.
Writing this review at 11pm AT NIGHT AND one of my aircon is leaking suddenly!! I do not write bad review and this is my FIRST time! Why? Because I bought 4 aircons since Sep 2023 and had been giving problems all along!! I bought their fans too! Master bedroom’s aircon been leaking on and off. For months. Many times. Their internal different team of people had came over to check many times but still the same. Well, it is solved. But On and off leak……. Once leak, then need to call them again. Then solve. Then leak again, then solve again…….. dunno when will leak next time…
Son’s bedroom aircon will suddenly switch off by itself… ok, maybe remote control issues… but still….. no words to describe.
We bought fans too. One of the fan also…. Cannot power on. Suddenly faulty…. But for the fan, they then fixed it. Let’s hope not breaking down again.

So I repeat, NOW into the night at 11pm, one of the aircon is leaking all of a suddenly!
DO NOT BUY.

Prism people, kindly contact me asap. And better don’t be rude. I am getting on my nerves as I spent so much and getting this kind of quality! Wanted to write nice words also not possible….

Terrible fridge-buying experience

Terrible fridge-buying experience. Bought the tmf420 fridge on TikTok and confirmed delivered despite not yet receiving the unit. This is to take out the money from TikTok first and also to shorten your review time or leave you without any review chance cos already past the timeframe window.
On the day of delivery, was also told that I could not on the fridge immediately and to wait 4 hours. (Tell us first lah) all my perishables were wasted.
There is no manual for the fridge either and the digital display was locked for no apparent reason. you basically cannot adjust the temperature. Unable to find any info or manual online either.
The biggest deal breaker was they expected you to keep the GIANT BIG box for 7 days just in case for warranty reasons! I stay HDB, not landed. space is a big constraint for us, especially with little kids around!
The experience wasn't pleasant at all and your customer service should be more well trained.

Worst service & product!! Pridm TV died after 2 times usage

Worst service & product.Bought a Prism 75 TV came on the 11 june 2024.it was ok on the 1st day. Next day i went for a 9 days trip n didnt use the tv. Came back on the 20 june n tv only showed grey background n lines.. cannot work. Worst tv i have ever bought.
Then called the customer service n then returned my call on the 21 june morning at 9.30am. Asked for some photo n video n the serial number at the back of the tv. Sent it at 11.45am. Waited till 4.30pm n decided to give them a call cause there was no reply. She said that the technician department will contact me back. At 6.45pm a guy from Prism by the name of sylvester called me n started arguing with me cause i told him when this will be settled n the kept pushing it to another department. He was so defensive when i said the service in Prism is bad. No respond the whole day. Only till 7pm. Slow n rude.
For a new company n product. Prism is the worst customer service n product out there. Its embarrassing to say its a made in singapore product. Even my xiomi lasted 8yrs and is still working. A brand new tv only functioning for 2 days.. thats ridiculous!!
DONT BUY PRISM!! Quality is a minus!!!

my monitor arm was delivered to the…

my monitor arm was delivered to the wrong unit even though I've written my unit number correctly. It was delivered to level 5 when I stated level 7. No notification was given when delivery was successful. I had to reach out to Prism directly.

Ordered a monitor too, it was stated on prism website that it'll arrive early mid June.We are already in June and nothing came, no updates at all. Reached out to Prism and all they could say was they don't know when it'll arrive and no specific date could be given.

1 star to Prism for no communication at all. Deiced to ask for a refund and go for another brand.

Gaming Monitor only lasted 3yrs 8mths

Prism has no repair center and they can't do anything after the warranty period of 3 years, so can just throw the product away. Better to spend more and get another brand with proper repair center.

Two and a half stars

Two and a half stars, perhaps, for the live technicians. Here's why: Bought the 32" tv about two years plus ago, August 2021. It was delivered promptly, but no set up service for the tv. Thankfully I was able to set it up on my own, though not exactly tech savvy... turned out that it wasn't too complicated.

TV started having issues not long after, within months, and then again months later. Had to work with a live technician to get through the troubleshooting for a good half hour or so each time, also via emails. Thankfully, the technicians were knowledgable and patient, as well as pleasant as we worked through it.

Have never ever had a TV fail me throughout my life, and was taken aback when the tv started to show up with issues of black screen. I wanted to support our local Singapore products, which was why I gave it a try after reading all their fab reviews with their heavy marketing on price level for their large sized TVs. Thankfully, I decided to try out the smallest 32", and can't say it's a regret, but a good lesson to not give in wholeheartedly to reviews.

Surprised by a third time issue arising again - black screen with sound. Live TV will not show at all, but apps do show pictures, and play with sound on a black screen. Ultra disappointed with receiving this product, aside from the above mentioned black screen issue, Power ON is slow despite new battery changes, controls from the remote are generally lagging also. Overall, a not so fine experience with PRISM TV, and certainly will be my last experience.

WRTE EMAIL TO PRISM SUPPORT MANY TIMES, JUST KEEP REFUSING TO COME DOWN AND SET IT UP KEEP COPY AND PASTE SOP TEACH YOU HOW TO SCAN CHANNELS. NO HELP AT ALL, WHOLE WEEK LIKE THIS

Terrible delivery experience

ordered a monitor and sat at home in Eunos all day 9hrs+ waiting and it's still not arrived. Prism accept ZERO responsibility for an efficient and accurate delivery experience since they work with a 3rd party delivery company (This is what their Support Team said).

Don't buy from them unless you want to deal with hooligans contractors!!!

I was expecting them to be a decent company but ended up have to deal with third party contractor who are irresponsible crooks who broke my working fan during installation and his ladder also left scratches on my new laminated floor! Not only installer refused to take responsibility but insisted that it was an accident and said I just have to count myself unlucky.

When I refer matter to Prism customer service, they gang up with their installer and accused me of lying about my damaged fan and pushed me around to different teams for almost a month without follow up actions despite several emails to chase them. Dealing with their customers support is a pain!

I also noticed when I read through the warranty that while they tried to market the fan warranty as lifetime motor, 6 yrs light kit etc, all these come with hidden transportation and labour costs. They also include many terms to render the warranty void such as if you choose to have an independent professional electrician installed the fan instead, the warranty will be void because it MUST be installed by their hooligan contractors!

Unfortunately I have also bought a 65" Prism tv due to slightly cheaper price and I got what I paid for, very poor quality! My other Sharp wide screen tv volume is normally set at 20/100 and will be very loud but Prism tv has to set above 60/100 to get similar loudness. Sound is totally flat and mono although surround sound setting is enabled. Bought another 65" Xiaomi tv which is cheaper but quality is way better!

Lesson learned is to stay away from Prismplus brand which is but an OEM stick on brand by china manufacturer with no integrity. Prism is just like the previous Akira with all the bells and whistles but later suddenly closed shop and disappeared. Best to just stick to established brands.

BE WARNED. NO REFUND, TERRIBLE QUALITY

BE WARNED. POOR QUALITY and prism DO NOT OFFER RETURNS and don't care. This company is not inclusive to customers who may have disabilities and cannot get to a store.

Ordering a TV online you have no way to see the quality of the product until you receive it and plug it in. BE WARNED, the product quality of Prism TV's are terrible and they will refuse to refund when you try to return due to the terrible quality. Terrible outdated policy. WASTE OF MONEY. This process is not inclusive to customers who may have disabilities and cannot make it in store. Stick to trustworthy and morally ethical suppliers like Samsung or Sony. Have report to the Advertising Standards authority.

Sharks on Installation

These guys come to my house and install the TV below some on the machinery on the TV console. I am not at home and they then tell the helper 'the TV is good there' when she says its too low.
They refuse to adjust it and just leave. When I contact Prism+ they now want to charge me $100 to amend the TV location - these guys are meant to be professionals and install a TV so low. Professional crooks more like it.

Sub standard tv

Sub standard tv, indeed you pay what you get. I got this tv last May 2023 and is giving issues now- the tv screen has green lines hovering a quarter of my screen. Took multiple vids and sent to customer svc email add, claimed there is no receipt and sent whatsapp txt, also no response.
Horrible customer service.

Delivery and Installation schedule NOT on time

Delivery and installation was scheduled for 30/12 between 4 to 8pm. Did not turned up at the time slot. Called their customer service hotline 3 times and received the same reply that they are contacting the delivery and installation team but could not get any reply from the team. No info of if they will be coming or when they will be coming. Very very bad services. Lack of responsibility.

I wanted to express my utmost satisfaction with the service provided by your team. On September 28th, your aircon tech team promptly arrived at the scheduled time to assess a noise issue with my unit. The tech lead's expertise (Jiang Hong) was evident as he quickly identified and resolved the fault after dismantling the unit. Since then, there has been no recurrence of the noise. I appreciate the professionalism and efficiency demonstrated by your team. Thank you for a job well done!

Customer service is pathetic / dishonest practices

Very good at promoting the products through influencers. Once their product stops working properly and you raise them, they will try to drag on the case for so long. Make excuses to make it look like its the customers fault. Will ask you to reset and do all the standard things customers would do anyways. They try to play out the warranty period. Won't fix the problem but try to drag out as much as possible to send down any solution. Really dishonest. Will be reporting this to CASE

Do so much influencer marketing to…

Do so much influencer marketing to attract customers to pay and buy but fulfilment of orders are total crap.

Doing business just to hook customers to pay for a crappy experience from your brand? I can wait up till 2-3 months for someone to call back to arrange an installation schedule. Ridiculous.

I would have rather paid more to get a Toshiba or Daikin aircon if I know this is such a service I’m getting.
