PureFresh TMF 530 (Black Inox) - Dont buy

I bought a fridge on September 5, 2024, and it’s already been nothing but trouble. The fridge stopped being cold twice – once on February 10, 2025, and again on March 28, 2025. They fixed it with parts replacement. But It's now April 8, and they still haven't replaced the parts from the March 28 issue. I’ve been without a fridge for almost two weeks with no real solution from customer service. They extended my warranty by 3 months and offered me a $79.10 rebate, but they won’t replace or refund it. I’m left with no other options.

I’m sure the fridge give problem again soon, and once the warranty ends. where i will be charged with Transportaion and sparts fees, Extremely frustrated and disappointed

Terrible and horrible service…

Terrible and horrible service fulfillment. Sales reps talk very well at their outlets. But didn’t probe enough to help customers make the right choice for purchase. Bought a fan (hugger model recommended by sales rep) which was not suitable for my ceiling with false ceiling all around except that point of installation. Technician came and advised model purchased will reduce airflow. Advised to change to downrod model and I agreed. Came another week, Technician came with the same Hugger model, not Downrod. Wasted my time waiting for the technician to come with the wrong model. Came today, installation time 11am to 3pm. Missed a call at 9:55am as handphone was in my bedroom. I returned the missed called at 10:58am and was told the technician went to another place at Punggol. I gotta make alternative arrangement to send my girl for her class at 1pm because the technician told me will only make it at 2:30pm. Why can’t the technician just call again at 15m interval??? Terrible!!!
This is not all. I bought Prism Plus Digital Door Lock and Gate Lock bundle. Delivery and installation appt made. Again didn’t turn up and without any notifications at all!!! I wasted my whole Saturday at home when I need to run errands. Another date installation date made. Technician came and completed the installation but had a part of my wooden door damaged. He didn’t inform me until my daughter noticed the damage 2 weeks later!
Prism Plus, YOU SUCK!!!

I had just sent out a review of the very bad experience I had with prism plus cus care 2 days ago. My opinion of prism plus service was not very good until I had 2 of their technician over to resolve my problem .Kio and naga I think thats their names . They were very professional. Thank you you made my day and my opinion of prism plus. I will definitely support prism plus and recommend it to my friend. Thank you guys.

Ordered Smart Lock on 13 Jan 25 and…

Ordered Smart Lock on 13 Jan 25 and installation scheduled on 18 Feb 25. Contacted Customer Service on 17 Feb 25 to confirm and was told all is good. On 18 Feb 25, 2 hrs after scheduled appointment, no show and no message. Contacted Customer Service to check and they said all is good and ensuring me the installation team will turn up. Less than 30mins, same Customer Service called me back and apologise, saying have to reschedule to 27 February 25. Total disappointment on their job scheduling.

Delivery and installation

I was supposed to have my installation for digital lock today between 11-3. Almost to 2 I called customer service said would put up to delivery team to contact me. Then it was 3 plus again I called they said no response from previous request. Again said they will check and ask to contact me. Again about 4 plus I was told the same thing. Next I told to give me a call back after the response. The customer service called about 6 plus saying the same reason. Again almost to 8pm, I called saying I want to speak to the person in charge of delivery team. I was told they need to put request for that too. It's very frustrating that I had to spend the morning till night now 8 plus waiting. Im not told about any updates. I ordered the lock in late December but was told no stock need to wait. Then Jan end gave a date but I'm not able to make it. Then I told I need a Saturday slot bcos I don't work on Saturday. The date and time was given by them. I feel the delivery team didn't make any calls to update. It was a waste of my time at home waiting till now. It's a very bad experience being a first time customer. Please kindly respond to customer rather than make them keep calling customer service and giving the same reason and no updates.

Prism+ Shocking Poor Service

Oh My GOSH! Prism+ appointed delivery man left the soundbar on the wet pavement (rainy day!)
Oh, what a delightful rainy day! The entire road and pavement were just soaking wet after a heavy downpour - And of course, the delivery guy thought it was the perfect spot to leave the heavy package right on the super drenched pavement outside my gate. So thoughtful! Thanks PRISM+! It was absolutely shocking to see my maid having to lug the sound bar from the wet ground into the house. Because, you know, this isn't exactly a featherweight item we're talking about here. What an exemplary display of responsibility! I mean, PRISM+ is making such an effort to market their products as top-notch, and yet here we are. A massive fail on PRISM+'s part to even let this happen! I’m sure this isn’t a one-time occurrence, though. The delivery guy was so relaxed just leaving the EXPENSIVE SYMPHONY sitting on the floor like it was a beach towel! Note: the pictures unable to attach here to show proof taken by the delivery guy. He took the evidence himself to show that the pavement was wet! Awesome PRISM+! I will escalate this matter.

Prism Pro Ceiling Fan

After the installation of the ceiling fan , the fan started wobbling violently and lights are faulty. The guy just took a video and reported to their call centre and left. Submitted a review on their website and was removed. Quality of their ceiling fans is quite questionable.

Long Time to Installation

Bought Sentinel digital lock. Contrary to info on website that delivery is 1-2 weeks, the date that I have gotten for installation is almost 4 weeks away. The information is misleading and I would have reconsider if I know it would take so long to install a digital lock.

I purchased the Prism+ Arc Stealth…

I purchased the Prism+ Arc Stealth Single Monitor Arm for $99 SGD, and it’s been a massive letdown. The arm is poorly designed and cannot even move up or down as advertised. It’s completely unusable and feels cheaply made.

This product doesn’t meet basic quality expectations for a monitor arm, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. There are far better options out there for the price. Save your money and avoid this product.

PS they have many fake reviewers on google , dont trust bots

Where to start? I ordered a smart lock and accompanying gate lock and awaited installation. When they arrived to install they told me that the gate lock was not waterproof. Why on earth would anyone market a gate lock in Singapore that is not waterproof, when this is one of the countries with the most intense rainfall anywhere, is anyone’s guess. But no matter I thought, just take back the gate lock, reimburse me for the difference and get on with installing the door lock… But no, Prism had to take the whole thing back and wanted to refund the entire amount and make me reorder. I refused and eventually got Prism to agree to this, but they would need to reschedule the installation and would come back to me…

Meanwhile I ordered 2 ceiling fans from Prism. Again when it came to installation things started to go wrong. The installer looked at our existing fans and said the current ceiling mounts were not right, even though they are compatible with Singapore’s most popular ceiling fan brands. Prism said I would need to upgrade to a more expensive fan which somehow had a different mounting bracket side that was compatible. That eventually got addressed, but it took me having to get very angry on a phone call with Prism, mainly because they refused to send me an email confirming all of the details, and insisted on calling me at random times of the day, despite me saying on numerous occasions that i was tied up in multiple meetings at work and so could not guarantee being able to take a call when they happened to call.

To date still waiting for the door lock to be resolved, with zero communications from Prism, having ordered in October and now being in mid-December.

If you want my advice steer clear of Prism. They make everything so bloody complicated… Real shame because I was hoping to support a local Singapore brand and at least gives the impression of being innovative. But it seems they are quite amateurish and don’t really care that much about good customer service.

3 Prismplus items in my house

3 Prismplus items in my house. All working great.
1. Prism+ portable monitor = fantastic. Have been using it for the past 3 years. It survived international travel, freezing temperatures and juggling around in my backpack. No issues.
2. Prism+ 4 system aircon. Installed 4 months ago. No problems too. Their servicing is extremely good. Experienced Daikin and Mitsubishi before. Servicing was so fast with those 2 they came and they gone. The Prism+ servicemen really drained all the water from the pipes and made sure they were clean and also checked on the compressor unit outside the apt. Daikin system 3 aircon - after 1 year, compressor kaputz - out of warranty - big problem. Mitsubishi - 9 months and compressor kaputz also - luckily under warranty.
3. Prism+ 55" QLED Google TV. Works like magic. Uploaded Netflix, Prime, HBO, Disney+ accounts. No problems. Also got the Dolby Atmos 240W soundbar. No complaints.

Seriously wondering why Prism+ not getting more good reviews. I guess Singaporeans only review to complain.

Almost Got Killed By TV and Refuse to Admit Liability

Ordered 75" TV, took 1 month to deliver and install. Was installed about less than 2 weeks ago, the wall-mounted TV with swivel mount fell onto my leg while I was swivelling it. I injured my leg badly with bleeding. Immediately, contacted their support and provided videos and photos. They assured me their relevant team will get back. Someone called asking me the same questions. He told me they are going to come and reinstall the TV. Then, they didn't come. Next I received an email stating they are not admitting liability for the damages as according to them their installer has told me the TV cannot be mounted on the wall. I was never told this. The installer did such a bad job, the first hole he drilled damaged the surface of the wall, and he got nervous and showed to me. He told me he cannot proceed because he had damaged the surface. I told him it is okay as long as the wall structure is strong enough for the TV. I asked him so the wall structure strong enough, he said yes and proceeded to drill other holes and mounted the TV. 10 days later, it fell on my leg while I was swivelling it. I am going to court if they refuse to pay for damages.

Useless rubbish!!!!!

I only gave this one star because you can give it no less.
Do not buy a prism+ tv, mine is only about 3 months old and is useless!
The TV guide always loses the description so you can't see what is on. The documentation is non-existant except for a few pages of worthless information and an e-manual that my grandson could have written better.
The wifi just constantly drops out and can only be reset by unplugging and replugging the tv in.
THAT SIMPLY IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!
I worked over 32 years in the IT industry and have done plenty of troubleshooting and there is nothing wrong with my wifi. The only thing in the house that drops the wifi, is the useless prism+ tv.
I've put roday's date for the date of experience, but I've actually had problems with it since I got it about 3 montha ago.
Spend the money and buy a Sony or at least a reputable brand. This brand of tv is in no way at all reputable.

Purchased 2 curved monitors and a 65…

Purchased 2 curved monitors and a 65 inch TV - my 430 Pro curved monitor stopped displaying although connected correctly and showing signal output is there.
When calling service they flatly stated it is outside warranty and that they do not provide any service.
Nowhere is it mentioned that there is no service provided past warranty - was happy to pay for repairs or replacement of parts but to no avail

I purchased a TV from Prismplus

I purchased a TV from Prismplus, and the experience has been disappointing. After reporting an HDMI issue in July (while still under warranty), I followed their troubleshooting instructions for months, which only led to a new problem—a line on the screen. Despite my repeated requests, they refused to send a technician and delayed the process until my warranty expired. Now, they claim it’s a panel issue that can’t be fixed, and they want to charge SGD 90 for a technician visit.

I’ve only had this TV for 3 years, while my 5-year-old LG TV still works perfectly. This speaks volumes about the poor quality and build of Prism products. The lack of effective customer support only makes it worse. Think twice before buying from them.

Poor attitude and lousy customer service

Bought a swivel arm bracket from them and they supposed to wall mount installation, end up never do. Reason they give us because my contractor are not there yet to cut hole for the partital to mount the bracket on the wall. They deliver and left it. Just merely less than 10 mins my contractor arrive. I had to paid extra to my contractors to do all the installation for me . Lousy and bad attitude from the driver and also the customer service replied also don’t care at all . Don’t buy prism tv especially when comes to wall mounting.

Unsatisfactory customer service experience

I call their center to inquire about purchasing an air conditioning part. They then ask for details about me, including my name, address, phone number, model number, and purchase order. Really, I don't see why they need to have my address and purchase order; I'm only here to buy a part, not to make a warranty claim. They tell me they are not selling the portion when they have all the information. For the first time, I've heard of an electrical business not selling parts. If this is the case, could you please let me know earlier? Getting all of my information just to say that you're not selling parts is a waste of time. Please reconsider if you plan to get Prism+ because the service is terrible and the staff serve me is called Robert C.
