My pass experience with TurboTax and H&R, were frustrating to say the least! I always thought that it should exist out there a simpler way for filing the 1099k taxes form, and my experience with Priortax has been exactly that! Priortax program is the most eficiente 1099k program I ever used before! Thank you very much for offering such efficient system! Moreover, the fact that I was able to speak with a live customer service for clarification about how to download my tax forms was a plus! Jenn the person who answered the phone, was, knowledgeable, professional and willing to explain to me what would be the next step! Once again, thank you very much for making my tax filing very easy! Cheers!!

The whole process was very easy.

We havent gotten the federal return, and we can get no answers. We need this badly, very badly know. My mother is in the hospital & I have no paid time off. HELP PLEASE!!

They filed my taxes before the deadline !!

Scam site. They advertise that they can efile past years taxes. According to the IRS they can't because past years have to be filed as on paper. I should of did my homework before I gave them money. My bank is going to reverse the charge due to the false claims they made. Can't reach them by phone or their message board.

This company is not transparent. Do not wait until the tax deadline to file your taxes with them and if you do, file an extension.

The day you file isn't the day your taxes are e-filed; they advise allowing 1-3 business days before taxes are e-filed. "Transmitted" means transmitted to priortax ONLY. "Accepted" is your file date with the IRS.

There's a lack of communication regarding rejections due to the "high number of tax returns they receive." During tax season, they will not inform you if your returns have been rejected. You must follow-up on your own by logging into your account and checking the status. Once information is submitted to clear the rejection, priortax.com advises to allow 1-2 business days; however, it is more like eight.

State taxes aren't filed until federal tax returns have been accepted by the IRS.

Ironic this happened on April 1st I got an email saying my return was rejected and I’d need to E-file AGAIN. They better not be charging me to do it again because the reason you even pay them is to check for errors. Huge scam. Wish I’d of read these reviews. I can’t find any record of anything being filed on the IRS website… maybe it takes time to update but if they had time to reject it I feel like there would be something?? Sketchy…

E-filing does not take any time. Why such long waits, I needed the return for my son's college and now I wonder it is even ok to file elsewhere too. I do not want two filings, specially if their software spit out different results, causing problems with IRS.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I filed. Now I’m pissed because I filed Feb 26th & here it is March 2nd like what’s going on!!?? Can’t get them to respond or answer the phone. Even called during their open hours and it said they were closed….

I used PriorTax to file my previous years taxes. I am expecting a refund and need it asap. Priortax advertised they can e-file my previous years taxes when most other sites cannot. Only reason I used them. I completed my taxes on Sunday. As of Friday, the status states my taxes are under final review before e-filing. Website states they only take 24 hrs to review. It's been 5 days and no change. I have submitted several comments via there online help platform. No response. States will receive a response back within 1-3 business days. The hours customer service is open are not very convenient. I only used Priortax because it was supposed to be fastest way to receive my refund. Turns out it might have been faster to mail them in at this rate. I'm starting to feel like this company is bogus.

I shouldn't of ignored the negative reviews about this place. I threw my money away by getting involved with this company. Instead of doing good business, this company gave me the business. Because thats what it feels like at the end of the day. They are not for in it to help the consumer and that is and always will be the problem. You have to be able to read the fine print, only if you can read. This is my first time and only time that i'll be doing my taxes with them. The rumors are true. Bad people. Wolves in sheep clothing.

I wish I had seen this before I just filed 2021 taxes. It is a scam. I filed and cannot even print or download the return. No one answers the phone. I’m going to call my credit card company and report the fraud.

STAY AWAY. This is a SCAM. They will take your 80 dollars and you can't even log back in after you make an account.

Prior Tax is an excellent company. I owed IRS more than $55,000 in backdated taxes after failing to file returns for several years. Prior Tax handled all back taxes and halted garnishment. They negotiated with IRS, crafted a sustainable payment plan. The agent was attentive, polite and cordial, he explained all options I was eligible. I'll not hesitate to use their service in future.

Prior Tax is a scam. I was charged the full amount but have not received any information for over 72 business hours. I also logged back in and none of my information is saved to my account nor is there any way to view contact information. I have received no email or contact confirming the legitimacy of this operation. I am contacting federal agencies and freezing my credit due to the potential of the damage this company could create.
