The sizes are a lie

The prints are gorgeous. The quality is the best I've ever seen. The size charts are so off, it's nearly criminal.

For a dress I bought, the size M was actually an XXS. The size chart said that M bust was 101.5cm, it's actually 82cm. That's not a discrepancy, that's mislabeling.

The 3XL said 125.5 bust, it was actually 101cm.

I did leave a polite review on the product but it's since been deleted. I run a high volume of orders, and was hoping for a new partnership, but these discrepancies have put me off, big time. I'll stick to my tried and trusted.

The score would be higher for the quality of print, but they deleted the review on their site instead of contacting me, so I'm assuming it's a common occurrence.

ghosted me after sending the wrong order

Worst customer support of any POD company ever. Instead of being helpful they go out of their way to be awkward. Try cancelling an order, which can only be done by email, they'll reply 2 days later and tell you you had to cancel within 24 hours!

But this next incident by far is the worst things they've done (with me at least);

They changed my design, sent the item with the changed design to the customer then ghosted me.
I used their online designer to create a pair of black boots. They decided that what I had designed was wrong, they changed it to similar to a different order that I had made previously, and sent the product with their own design to the customer. The customer complained. I contacted Printy6, they said "we can't replace it, have $8 discount on reordering them," which is obviously not the correct action as THEY changed the order; what I gave them was correct. Since then they have GHOSTED ME ignoring my messages.

With regards to people giving these guys 5 star reviews - just wait until they do something wrong - they will not deal with it in the correct way.

Ordered shoes and leggings

Ordered shoes and leggings. Love the boots, great printing! I paid for expedited shipping and got within two weeks. Basic box and packaging not so great. Would like to see these boxed better. Leggings were good, my customers liked them...weird HUGE size tag on the inside with tiny print could also be changed. Customer service was slow but product and delivery was good.

These guys are amazing

These guys are amazing, i really dont understand the bad reviews. I’ve been working with them for over a year, 500+ shoe sales and my customers are more than satisfied, amazing quality and always on time, great customer seevice as well

Avoid at all cost

Awful experience.

Their status updates on production and delivery are very buggy. I had 1 order that was stuck in production 3 days past the norm. Emailed them and took another 3 days for a reply saying the status was not updated due to a system error. Because of this, I lost a customer who demanded for a full refund which I gave. I have another order that is in "scheduling" for 3 days after full payment was made. Emailed them and said there was another system error and items are in production.

This company is totally unreliable.

Trust, reliabilty and reputation are the most important assets in a business. These are things that this company is operating without.

My mistake is choosing to work with them.

Avoid at all cost.

So far I haven’t had any issues

So far I haven’t had any issues. I have over 200 boot designs with them that I sell on Etsy and have had great feedback on the comfort and design quality. They’ve been responding quickly to emails. I am happy with their service and products.

30+ DAYS production. Orders sitting for over a month. Admin ignoring my emails. I have asked for a refund, NO RESPONSE. Looking into reporting this company for fraud. If you value your business stay away.
Very disappointing.

Avoid this company at all costs or it may cost you!

Avoid this company at all costs! I used them to fulfill an order which should've been produced and shipped within 5 days. Around day 8 I message them with no response. Day 10 messaged again demanding a response and they claimed that canvas bag factory stop production due to the some uncontrollable factors, they will restart production next week. I asked why wasn't anything sent out regarding this since I sell on a platform that I have to guarantee ship times and delivery times and they gave no explanation. The only thing they did right was refund what I spent, but it still costed me money in fees for cancelling and refunding this customers order. Deleted all of their products from my sites.

This is by far the worst POD company…

This is by far the worst POD company when it comes to support. Been trying to contact them for 5 days straight now, and they do not reply at all.
For the second time, I had an order that did not import the address of the recipient. Now bugs can happen of course. But at least respond when people try to inform you about it!

Do something about your support, sack some people if nescessery, this is crazy!

I ordered a dress and never got it

I ordered a dress and never got it. Ordered on August 18th and still no sign of it. Plus, I accidentally ordered 2 dresses and asked for a refund on one of the orders, I heard back right away for the refund, they said they can do a refund but when I check my bank, the refund never was issued. I keep checking and still no refund. When I check on the Printy6 website for the status of the dress being created, it says it's in production. I ordered the dress from my Etsy shop as a customer, to see how long they'd take with production and shipping. I'm really disappointed that I won't be able to use their services since they're unreliable and don't fulfill orders :/ Hopefully they get better production and delivery sometime in the future!

Customer Service is atrocious. Got misprints and no reprints or refund.

I designed over a dozen pairs of shoes. I love the design interface (except it doesn't let you preview the inside of one of the shoes - the right one I think). I ordered 2 sample pairs and the print quality was amazing and the colors were vibrant and beautiful. However the designs were completely WRONG - the image placements were default on every single part of the shoe and not at all the custom rotations and positions I had set. I contacted them about a reprint or refund and got an initial response asking for clarification about my request. I sent many pictures clarifying my problem and confirming my desire to get a reprint or refund on both pairs of shoes. It's been 3 weeks, I have sent 3 additional emails - both to the supposed "representative" that contacted me as well as the original support email address directly - and I have not heard back from them to confirm my reprint or my refund request. I will NOT be using them for my small business! Customer service like that is unacceptable and I won't be putting my potential customers in their hands.

A little update to their chaos...

A little update to this chaos... After posting reviews about my experience with them, I finally get a response that reads.

"the production manager told me that issue could not be solved perfectly, because your image is not a good resolution, so please upload more clear image to create the product."

Which is a load of crap, I developed my art using the template file provided through the Printy6 site, uploaded a 300dpi output of that art to the platform and that's the art their production manager is saying isn't high enough resolution.

I complied, resubmitted the artwork and sent the link to it through the same email chain in which I was told they were going to print a replacement.

This whole process has been ongoing since their first response to the misprinting issue on January 6th, the first response I get since places blame on me for artwork I submitted to the specifications they provide on their own site. And then they go silent again... Not a response since I uploaded the replacement artwork. Again designed using the template they provided on their site and output at 2000x2000 spatial resolutions and 300dpi.

Some real quality support and resolution so far.

Horrible

Horrible, Worst print on demand company I have ever used!!!
So lets start with the only good thing about my experience with Printy6, the print quality was good.... However, the material used to create the shorts felt similar to that of an old tent... The production time for 4 products was 5 DAYS!!!! Most of their competitors get it done in 24hr-48hrs... in some cases that would mean that Printy6 TAKES 5 TIMES LONGER THAN THEIR COMPITITION!!! That alone is a reason not to use them!... I ordered with expediated shipping, so that means I paid an extra amount of money to get my products sooner, and it still took nearly two weeks, and to make that even better I had to pay an additional $30 Point of Delivery fee to the courier that I was not made aware of, fun little surprise there... so now at this point I have PAID $80 dollars for the shipping of 4 items!!!! and guess what, that's right, I did not get one of the items that I ordered!!! A Pair of shoes that I ordered did not show up yet!!!! If I could give a zero rating I would! Stay away!!!

Be very careful

First up the good points, I only use printy6 for footwear and the quality is good as such but the bad points are what really suck, I always pay for priority shipping but lots and lots of my orders are shipped standard which leaves a bad taste with my customers as I state shipping times for these products are shipped by express, this is fraud and theft to me, their customer support is pretty much non existent, I keep sending emails regarding the shipping and rarely get a response. From speaking to other online store owners in a group it's clear this is a very common issue as lots of them have the very same problems. I deal with 8 POD companies and printy6 for me is by far the worst, I pride myself on giving great customer service to my customers but when you have printy6 ripping us off by shipping standard when I always pay for express and then they pretty much ignore the emails I send every time, it really is a poor poor company overall.
