Service started out great with speedy delivery. BUT, the quality was horrible with the print peeling off the shirts after a single wash. Sent them pictures of several of the shirts and agreed it was a printing defect. After MONTHS of emails and phone calls the final decision after being promised this would be taken care of was for me to ship them all back and would redo. That's a bit difficult when these shirts were sold to customers on a Caribbean island. How do I get back 80 shirts from the customers around the world (would have to pay more to have 80 shirts shipped back to me and reship them a new one). Always promised a call from the head manager and he could NEVER be bothered to call me. Will never consider buying from them again and so should you!!!

The first two times I ordered from them, the service was honest and the products were good, but the third time was completely different. They ruined all of my shirt designs & the prints came out much smaller than the proof I approved, making them look awful. On top of that, they never sent the tote bags I paid for and still refuse to refund me.
Their customer service has been terrible. They ignored my attempts to resolve the issues and treated me horribly. They even brought up internal job drama, like who they fired, which is completely unprofessional and irrelevant to me as a customer.
I was a loyal customer, but they clearly don’t care. I ended up with badly printed shirts, missing items, and now I have to fight with my bank to try to get my money back. Avoid this company!!! bad service, poor quality, and no accountability.

It is easy to write a good review when things go right, but when a company makes a mistake, that's when you see what their service really is at the core.
We ordered T Shirts at a great price from Swagify with a short turn-around. The shirts arrived 4 days before our event but they weren't bagged and tagged as we ordered. I reached out and spoke with Jaylan who sent me an overnight return label on Monday. I shipped the box to them and just received the order back bagged and tagged. It's Wednesday!!

We just Started a New Business and we were worried reaching out to anyone for shirts for our new brand, but Swagify Knocked it out of the park for us in such a easy order process and for a great price! We were worried for nothing, will be using them again 👍
Just avoid this company altogether
Ordered 100 shirts which cost over $500 with no additional print changes and they are horrible! I ordered $1,500 worth of sweatshirts at the same time, well over a month ago for an event this weekend and they have not arrived. I have spoken, emailed and texted with at least 3 representatives and have received empty promises from all of them. I am so disappointed.

DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY … ZERO STARS for workmanship, quality control and customer service.
This company DOES NOT stand behind their products or workmanship, other than to offer a 10% discount on the next order. I ordered and paid (in full in advance of receipt) almost 300 shirts after we went back and forth with artwork which was finally approved and costing in excess $6k. The artwork was not applied to the shirts either straight (level) or plumb, nor spaced properly / centered on both the front and back of the shirts. When I made mention of these workmanship issues to CUSTOMER SERVICE, I was asked to take photos and submit … which I did (a representation of several shirts and workmanship complaints) NOT every shirt. The response was sorry but here’s a 10% discount on your next order! My response? Why would I order again from a company whose workmanship is so bad I could use any of the products I ordered in the first instance? I sent back the shirts to customer service … I refused to promote my business with poorly made products.
AVOID
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Swagify. I ordered a custom tattoo as a time-sensitive gift and was explicitly told over the phone that I could include a gift note. That turned out to be untrue. I emailed multiple times to confirm—no response. I spent hours chatting on their site trying to get help, and only found out the truth after it was too late to cancel and order from another company.
To make matters worse, after spending even more time confirming it would arrive on time—and paying for rush shipping—it will arrive four days late. The gift moment was completely missed.
Wasted time, miscommunication, and zero accountability. If you care about customer service or gifting a product with care, look elsewhere. AVOID THEM

Just placed an order for 100 full-color T-shirts from Swagify, and I’m already impressed. I spoke with Zach, and even though I missed the free shipping cutoff by two days, he still honored it—top-notch customer service! I can’t wait to receive the shirts. Bad experience they show the art I was approved but I got the t-shirt can’t see my logo right and I send to than the picture but they don’t care about customer, they want just our money, running way this company.

Terrible terrible service… Lied to when I ordered “Eric” assured me that getting my shirts on time would be no problem at all.. I ordered the shirts Jan 7 th .. for an event I had March 4th.. they didn’t have all the colors I ordered in stock ( some were on back order so I had no issues with that I just told Him to send me what colors he had) He assured me yet again that my shirts would be on time.. the week before my event I called again.. Eric promised me My shirts would be here on March 3rd.. Thecday before my even I get an email showing my shirts would arrive March 7 th.. I called them and told them I didn’t need my shirts on the 7 th my event was March 4th!! They offered to overnight the shirts and said they would arrive at 12 noon.. my event is 9am-12pm.. how is that going to help me.. at first they offered me 50% off of the 711.60 I paid.. I told them I didn’t need the shirts if they couldn’t be here by my event time!! Then he put me on hold and came back and said he would give me $150 off of my total!!! What??? They went down on the discount they were gonna give me at first.. I just told them to keep the shirts and give me. Full refund!! The owner kept trying to get me to buy the shirts they printed so He wasn’t stuck with them!! I NEEDED THEM FOR MY EVENT NOT AFTER!!! If I don’t get my full refund I will be seeking an attorney!! I will reach out to the BBB and the attorney general in their state!! This is a poor business practice!! I’m a small business owner myself and if I made a promise to one of my customers I would have worked over night to get it done in time and made sure they received the product they paid for in the time I promised!!!! Don’t do business with these people if you care when you recieve your shirts and DONT BELIEVE A WORD ERIC TELLS YOU!! He will lie to you just to get your money!!

Bogus tracking number and shipped over a week after they said they would.
Received misprinted shirts and when asked for a replacement or refund, they flat out refused. Stay away!
Bad customer communication
Bad customer communication, I have reached out multiple times being ignored, items 7 days later have said “sent to vendor” with no updates in regards too any of my order status, im worried my customers will not receive my products and the painful refund process, I hope they can help and reassure me directly that my customers will receive my products.
