Horrible horrible experience
EDIT: After around 15 or so emails, they finally got the issue and understood the problem. They apologised for the error and sent out a new document which was printed properly. The problem was really simple I sent them photos etc, so the fact this took so long to resolve would put me off using again.

Now ignored again. What you claim is the issue is not and your team are not helpful other than telling me to spend more money and get the document redesigned which makes no sense has hundreds of others have printed the doc no problem! Incredibly frustrating and clearly you don’t listen or care at all about customer satisfaction. Id give zero stars if i could.

My go to printing company! Quality of the prints is always great, and paper quality is amazing! Will never go anywhere else.

Really good quality.
290 pages overnight in a day, the print quality was really good, "budget paper" is good quality, spiral binding was high quality for the price, and shipping was really fast. It uses NZ Post urgent delivery at least to Dunedin so I was updated the whole time. Legit business with lower prices than I could find anywhere else.

Absolutely Terrible
Absolutely terrible. I wanted 1 copy of 6 different pages done. I uploaded the 6 pages. Next day "There was an error with your order", lol. The website is an absolute nightmare to navigate too. Also, they claim to be the cheapest online print company in N.Z, but then charged me $7 - $8 or postage. That should be illegal.

NEVER buying a printer again
LIFESAVERS! I like to leave things last minute and my orders would turn up so fast even through Level 4 Lockdown. Printer Ink is sooo expensive and printing here is so cheap I could never go back!
I never thought that as an adult I'd be so excited about printing 😂
The quality of their printing is ALOT better than a few big stores! I highly recommend this company!
