Ordered some labels twice both times…
Ordered some labels twice both times got refunded . Never got a reson why the first time the second time i emailed them . They told me it was a technical error turns out they were out of stock.

Item never received
Item never received. Chased multiple times and we have been told that "I'm sorry, but we don't have control on the parcel now". We did pre alerted a few times that's something going wrong and after the week received a message about the lost parcel. We did ask for another despatch and a few days later another message was received about a "technical issue". In a matter of 2 weeks, we did run out of stock, which is generally received the next working day.

Let down TWICE! unreliable
I ordered from them twice and on both occasions they cancelled the order on the day it was due to be delivered. I’m both cases no reason was given and when running a business myself and needing supplies this is unacceptable. I will never order from them again. Too unreliable.

Didn't have the product despite taking…
Didn't have the product despite taking my money and sending me email confirming my order. Had to email them to find out the item wasn't in stock. Then they asked for rating!?

You were not able to deliver my labels and the advice emails went into my Junk so did not realise they weren’t coming.

Delivery should have been on 22nd…
Delivery should have been on 22nd October and is now 3 November and not had a response from the site or DHL who are supposed to be delivering.
Following on from printsavers reply, to me I complained, they then stated the product would be sent out next day. It didn't arrive and 3 days later they told me there was an issue and the gave me a refund. But two weeks later I ended up buying from elsewhere for a similar price.
