These people have advertised my number for sale without permission.
Worse still they are asking people to pay over 700 on a card for it.
They don't own it and it's not for sale.
How many more do they list like this??.

You told me you couldn't tell me who the third party was due to data protection
Swift reg told me immediately.
But as I said to your company I only ever asked for a valuation .
Surely if you are so concerned about data protection you should stop sharing peoples data with each other.
Especially without permission..

Hi . Ive bought a reg from them
Ticked the box to get the paperwork in a digital form so i can print it miself. However they sent me an email without any paperwork attached and they just gave me the code from the certificate .

When i asked for the actual certificate, the clown who answered my phone was rude, taking over me , and saying that i need to pay for postage fees.

I again explained I don't want it posted , as I've chosen the digital form of if to be sent to my email.
He again refused and told me to use the code provided, so i can transfer it to my car .
I explained that i don't want to put it on my car right now, and that i want my certificate, as i might gift it or sell it. He again refused and told me we spinning in cercles witch was true , but because he was pretending to not understand what I'm trying to say and what i want.

On their website when you check out, it sais that if you choose digital delivery, that you will get all the paperwork via email but not true.

I'm not paying 300£ for a number plate, and then they get to hold up my retention certificate for themselves.

I asked for the certificate again, and if they won't provide it, I'll just have to cancel the transaction all together.

Beware of their employees. They will try to call you and be nice about it while trying to sell you a reg, but upoon paying for it, they treat you as crap. On your expense.

Great and easy service. Step by step guide to everything that was required. Fast delivery of the new plates.

Ridiculously easy process to follow. I didn’t end up buying the additional package for the company to complete all of the forms and processes, But it was still very simple to do as they provided a full step-by-step breakdown.
It also got processed really quickly. I purchased the Registration on Wednesday and received the certificates by email first thing Monday morning. The plates were on the car 10 minutes later. Absolutely recommend this company.

A great company to deal with very professional and everything so simple.

Everything was straightforward and good communication relating to transferring to the new plate

Pretty slick sale of my plate and payment was very timely.

I chose a personalised plate with specific date. I then changed the date. Then I bought a new car and changed it again. Nothing was too much trouble. I was kept informed by email and transfer completed today. Vicky is a star.

I was over charged for transfer of ownership. Tried to get an explanation from customer service but they could not give me any clarity. Still out of pocket £35 and no interest in refunding me or resolving the situation.

I had a small issue where the pdf certificate to allow me to have a registration plate produced, was removed by office365 for reasons unknown. Jumped on the phone, Vicky answered within a minute, and a copy of my certificate was emailed over a minute later. Brilliant stuff, well done. Will be back when my wife inevitably wants her private plate!

I was looking for number plates for the Wifeys birthday present 🎁 & found the 1 we where looking for .ordered the plates very easy process & was very straightforward the number plates where delivered 48hrs later.Wifey very happy with her new personal plates just got to find car she wants now so can assign plates to.I have used primoregistrations x2 before for number plates & would reccomended them to buy personal number plates from.

Most competitive price and smooth transfer, will definitely recommend.

My order was late for the following reasons below.
Phoned them up , wow what a complete waste of time.
The guy has some serious attitude issues, clearly is self confident when talking over the phone.
I have reported to DVLA as I assume that have some connection.
They have then sent the incorrect number plates and refuse to replace or refund even though I have sent proof of purchase and order requirements.
I have £32 of plates that are unusable as they are not what I ordered , they then say I am just being awkward.
Absolutely disgusting if I am being honest.
No idea what’s happening with my order and money, as they can’t hold a civil conversation, they just hang up the phone .
Since this review they are now trying to intimidate me with a constant barrage of abuse and lies .
Frankly sick of their behaviour and their attempt to bully me.

Process issue below which they claim are not:
1. Any proof of ID for plates should be requested immediately after placement of order.
2. Any confirmation communication should be issued immediately at the point of sale.
3. Two days for a confirmation of order is unacceptable and allows a window for immediate review to be missed by the purchaser.
4. A confirmation of order is what it claims to be , this is NOT a next step communication or a RFI.
5. Any further information required is what it should be addressed as IE a email or written communication titled correctly requesting a Request for further information with a full description of the request, this should not be in a confirmation email. It needs to be a clear separate direction.
6.The proof of ID upload link does not mention front or back of a driven licence and the requirement, a full description and direction is required.
7.The link only allows one upload at any one attempt to download front and back will not upload the two.
They have also sent me threatening emails and been personally offensive.
PayPal have stepped and this is ongoing, I will update accordingly.

ordered a reg plate from Primo. It came and the plate was dreadful, jagged edges on the 4D letters. Contacted Primo and they sent another reg plate out, even worse. contacted again and as i took out of packaging a number fell off. contacted again and they just sent a number expecting for me t stick on myself. Contacted again but this time no reply. great for transfering reg plates but terrible quality of actual reg plate. buy else where!!!!

Excellent service, good value and easy to use!

Buying is easy and followed up by emails and texts from them explaining each progress stage
