Highly recommend quick and simple process and priced better than others. I was kept up to date start to finish. The new plates arrived quickly and they delt with dvla for a small fee, all I had to do was call my insurance once I received confirmation email. They made things so simple which was great for us technophobics.

I used PRIMO as had a bad experience with the bigger companies. I opted for the transfer package, the thing with this is you can pick any date you want (or so I thought). I was called immediately after picking same day transfer, the guy explained why that wasn't possible. He explained that was why the date auto selected and generated 14 days in the future. Even with my misunderstanding and the promise of a 14 day minimum transfer time, on the 5th working day I received an email saying 'transfer complete'!. 10 out of 10. Easy to do, no posting loads of documents either. Will use again. Thanks Team 😃

Ordered on a Sunday and on the Thursday I had an email confirming I could fit the plates on my car.

The plates arrived within 48hrs and all through the process I was kept constantly informed by text and email of the progress.

For a little extra (£19.99) they took care of getting a new V5, getting M.O.T. sorted and even my road tax changed over.
Saved me so much hassle.

I used Primo Registrations to buy a new plate for my car. It was a very straight forward and easy process from start to finish. I included the full service where Primo did all of the 'paperwork' on my behalf and all I had to do was upload a couple of documents direct to them, which was well explained on the paperwork sent with the plates I ordered. In no time at all I was infomed that I could fit the plates to my car and very smart they look. No hesitation in recommending.

Awful company I bought a number plate had the conformation of the plate sent of all my details a week later the money was transferred back into my account without any explanation no phone call no email no nothing not knowing this I had already orders the actual plates from a different company which im not able to get my money back I phone the reg company asking what happened they said the never had the reg available yet the took the money out of my account and i had conformation the staff where really rude and disrespectful on the phone it was awful customer service they said it wasn’t their problem as I had the money back for the reg they were very patronising plz avoid this company at all costs they don’t actually have the registrations to give you

I would rather have paid a few extra pounds and gone else where. The customer services are rude and patronising. Will certainly be going elsewhere for my other childrens plates. I have been recommended plates4less by a number of people only wish I’d asked around sooner.

Simple process and professional service. Money by bank transfer.

Order process was quick easy and simple also phoned up as thought id made a mistake quick answering the phone and dealt with the query straight away. However got an email on the 29th november to say plates had been despatched but still havnt recieved them 2 weeks later also havnt recieved the certificate after an email a week ago stating it has been despatched. Hopefully its down to royal mail.
Hoping for them to arrive before christmas
