Looked at a few sites for my plate but this was by far the cheapest.

Staff i spoke to were very polite well spoken and help. Plates arrived a couple of days later.

Absolutely great from start to finish dealt with everything in a professional manner and no issues what so ever

I ordered licence plates for my husbands 40th birthday.. I typed in the cars registration details and picked the plate I wanted. However when I called them after I found out the licence plates were the wrong year, I got nowhere!
Not once when I added my husbands car details did the website say these plates wouldn’t be suitable for the car!!!! so all in all in £300.00 out of pocket and nothing can be done.

I think if you order from this company and all goes to plan its fine, but the moment you have an issue they don't want to know and just fob you off.

I ordered reg plates from this company when purchasing the plate, but made the mistake of adding a border as an extra. This was a big mistake as when they arrived the border wasn't straight on the front plate and would be noticeable when added to the car. I sent pictures and even measured the areas where you could tell the border wasn't straight, but all I got back in return was there was nothing wrong with them and they were within the manufacturing guidelines. The Manager thought he was funny calling me Karen! Why because I just wanted something I had paid for to have come the way it should have?

I even paid for them to do the transfer for me, but after the service I had I didn't feel comfortable having to send my log book in the post to them.

These did come up cheaper by about £40 but in the end I wasted that amount anyway.

Absolutely fantastic, speedy delivery on plates, thought the certificate would have been delivered soon however Covid could have shown this down due to DVLA. Deffo recommend

Dreadfull I am disabled registered blind to be exact after buying the plate and calling them to inform them id pressed a wrong button the person I spoke to showed discrimination towards me and refused to help and in fact told me I would never get my money back utter rogues

Terrible! their web site not clear and does not fully load on the phone. Had to order a second set of plates to resolve the problem, only received 1and paid for 2, the border lines were not central to the plate. Very rude and unhelpful on the phone. Many people experienced much the same customer service wise.

This was a very easy process, I was very impressed. Agreed the sale and paperwork sent off money in my account, happy boy.

I ordered a plate from this company and within a few hours realised someone else had ordered a plate from another company. I contacted them to cancel the order within a few hours and was told this was okay but they had to charge a £75 admin fee which I accepted. A few weeks later I still had not got money back so I emailed them and they said that because it was now outwith 14 days they were no longer going to cancel. I called and got the smuggest, rudest person on the phone who then hung up on me.

I started a dispute via my payment provider and Primo then lied to them saying they had sent the item when in actual fact legally they could not until i had sent them identification. Eventually after three months the payment provider found in my favour.

I will never deal with this company again and advise everyone else against it too, go elsewhere and get a much nicer experience!

Horrendous customer service. Wouldn't help with a very simple request not to spoil an important wedding anniversary gift. Zero help at all, wish I'd bought from elsewhere. Customer service is non existant!!
