The best way to the perfect ring…
Francesco was brilliant from start to finish.
I rocked up in Hatton Garden with little to no idea about what I was doing! Within a short space of time and with the help of some (subtly) obtained advice from my partner, I had the perfect ring.
Quick to respond to any queries and flexible to requests, the re-sizing process was easy.
I would highly recommend Francesco and Primo Diamonds to anyone looking for the perfect engagement ring!

First class service
First class service. Choosing a ring can be a daunting experience but Primo explained everything clearly to me, worked with me according to my budget and made the design process enjoyable.
The finished article was perfect and my new fiancé was ecstatic when she saw her engagement ring for the first time and has been obsessed with it ever since. Highly recommended.

What a great company !
Wow where do I start, Francesco from Primo Diamonds has been so helpful in me choosing the right ring for my Fiancé. He took time and effort to explain everything to me and the different types and sizes of diamonds being completely transparent in all questions asked to him and not trying to push anything on me !
The ring came out exactly how I wanted it and my Fiancé is in love with the ring! It made an already special memory even more special !
Would recommend anyone who is looking for an excellent and professional service to head to Primo Diamonds 💎 We certainly will be back next year to get our wedding bands with them!

My experience with Francesco from Primo…
My experience with Francesco from Primo Diamonds was 10/10 from start to finish.
Francesco took the time to explain each diamond and the different levels of clarity, colour, cut and carat weight in full detail to myself who was a novice.
Francesco also provided details of the certification etc which was a main requirement I had for buying a diamond engagement ring.
I also had a ring style in mind and together we were able to agree on a bespoke ring design.
Throughout the entire process Francesco provide regular updates on the ring being made so I always felt assured I was in good hands.
In the end my fiancée and I are so happy to have chosen Primo Diamonds and Francesco to provide the engagement ring for our wedding.
Given the experience I will definitely recommend Primo Diamonds and will also be going back to purchase our wedding bands from them.

I often forget that Francesco and I have only met a handful of times because it feels like we have been friends for years.
The service given at Primo is outstanding. Utterly professional and made to feel very comfortable from the beginning which is often something you don’t come across.
I will recommend Primo every time and will absolutely be returning in the future. A great experience all round.

My experience with Primo Diamonds was fantastic. Francesco was really helpful, friendly and informative as he guided me through the process of designing the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée. We could not have been happier with the quality of the product we received. When it turned out the ring needed resizing, this was done for no extra cost and with continued excellent service. I would strongly recommend them to anyone designing a bespoke ring.
