They lie to you!

They lie to you! I am in an emergency regarding eSIM activation I need for traveling abroad and after me calling multiple times and being told „a supervisor will call you“ two days in a row - I got NO CALLS, no solution. Afterwards someone else on the hotline told me a supervisor wasn’t even in the office the second day, how convenient!

I’m waiting more than 20 days that the technician fixes my internet. My main job is to call Costomer support to get it fixed asap and it wastes my energy and time. Nothing gets done here l. WORST SERVICE ever. Everyone is incompetent to fix my problems.also while making pressure to cost inner support I could get a technician appointment but they still did not arrive and I have to fight with Costomer support that prime tell does their job. Worst service ever- so disappointed about prime tell

No actual support

No actual support. For 4 month I was chasing the support. They over charge me for their mistakes.
Any other company is far better

Take the time to access other options

Anyone which is working with time sensitive work and require stable, reliable & low latency internet I strongly advise accessing other options - my experience with primetel has been terrible & expensive has cost around $2-3k in slippage & execution errors over the past 3 weeks with the bulk due to a multiple outages & server errors from their end. - Stay clear if you require performance and reliability.

It is unacceptable do not have an internet maintainance after 6.00 p.m. and as result I dont gave access to TV and to Internet.
Please take in to consideration our complaint in order to improve your service.
I am looking to change supplier.

Do not use Primetel

I am writing this review to warn everyone: DO NOT use Primetel! This is, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with.

The service is an absolute joke. My internet is either excruciatingly slow when it works, or, more often, it simply doesn't work at all. I have been left completely without internet for a period. This isn't just an inconvenience; it makes working and connecting impossible.

The support is even worse. There is no technical support on afternoon. I've been completely abandoned—they have left me without a technician to fix the problem. Save yourself the headache and the frustration; choose any other provider.

Expensive, slow, and hard to manage

I regret choosing PrimeTel. Prices are high compared to competitors while the actual speeds are consistently low and unstable, especially during peak hours. The mobile app is unreliable: it freezes, fails to refresh usage/balance, and often errors out on payments or simple account changes. Changing my plan online is impossible—support bounces me between calls and store visits with no clear resolution. On top of that, I was charged an “early termination/administrative fee” even though I was on a month‑to‑month plan, which feels unfair and non‑transparent. Until pricing is fair, speeds are stable, and plan management works properly in the app, I can’t recommend this provider

this people working in this shop…

this people working in this shop doesn't know whats company rules and procedures and also no clue about customer support!
1 week of visits and calling them to finally be called for pic up of device and sended back with nothing !
Customer support on 133 trying to help by asking for more and more time but if you not willing to waste your TIME is better to avoid this place in general
Also i heard that this is becouse om not Cypriot and thats why i have all this issues...i am from EU and im same like Locals ! Resist way of triting a customers!

Brilliant customer service

Someone keeps stealing the copper cable in the road so no internet, the police have told CYTA not to replace it. Primetel customer service is brilliant, they gave me a modem so I can still get fast internet as I work from home, whereas CYTA customers in the same road have been left without any internet and it may not return until fibre is installed at some unspecified date in the future. Whenever we have had problems Primetel send an engineer within a few hours whereas CYTA will only come within 3 working days. Great customer service!

This company is a complete SCAM. The terms and policy is wrongful

I have been using a prepaid plan for two years with contract. The internet was disasters. I changed the SIM but, not worked. Last month I paid late, this company charge me unbelievable. In the last month of the contract I cancelled my subscription. Prim tel charge me 72 Euros. €5 for overdue payment is ok, €28 due unsubscribe, why??? The contract was the last month of expiration. And I paid for this month again. Big Scam, thievings…

No coverage and terrible customer service

My wife and I purchased PrimeTel tourist eSIMs for our work conference in Cyprus. We activated the eSIMs in the Larnaca airport and they worked until we left the city. We had absolutely no coverage on the roads outside of Larnaca, not at our hotel and conference center or anywhere else we have traveled. We tried to contact customer service for a refund but they refused because the eSIMs were activated. They did not help us with the coverage issue and were incredibly rude. This company is a complete scam.

Worst internet provider I have ever…

Worst internet provider I have ever seen. Avoid at all cost!!!! They do not control their own internet lines and they are utilising CYTA lines, which making it impossible to provide a stable signal or control anything for the service the are providing. The only good thing about this internet provider is how polite the customer service is. However the can not really do much because of how the internet service is provided.

They are the WORST company in Cyprus

They are the WORST company in Cyprus, super low tech, horrible customer service, signal is terrible, when your travel in Europe its impossible to use their line
If you need urgently help from them THEY WONT HELP YOU, I lost my phone while traveling and got new one, they force you to go to a physical store back in Cyprus in order to get you your eSIM!!! Plus they charge you for it!!!! You stuck abroad with no banking cuz you can’t get sms and your mobile company betrayed you.
WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THEM
