I was having problems with my printer wasn't cutting the labels properly. I call the technician he said it might be cutter wheel disc. It wasn't the disc, however it needed changing anyway. I sent my label printer to Primeria to get a overhaul to figure out why it wasn't still cutting as it should. Because I didn't want to keep trying to figure it out 😁😁. Frankly, I don't have the time to figure it out. So I decided to let the experts and the it out.😁😁😁 Overall the disc did need replacing.
