The part itself is fine, it's trying to get it on/off without breaking as well as instructions on how to install were really confusing. Primera's customer support/chat sent me a picture from their online manual for the Primera LX500 and it was vague and didn't show how to actually install the part. I tried looking it up on YouTube and also going through Primera's customer support and it didn't seem like anyone had a video instructions on how to install which would be really nice.
