We take accusations like this very seriously. At this time, we have no record of any order or support case matching this review.

If there was a real issue, the correct and reasonable step would have been to contact our support team. We provide Canada-based customer support, respond to verified cases, and work to resolve problems — not ignore them.

Making public claims of “scam” without providing an order number or contacting support is misleading and does not reflect how legitimate issues are handled.

Delivery time was a little bit longer…

Delivery time was a little bit longer than usual 🙄Communication is not very good after me, had to wait more than 12h for an email reply.The goods are relative not bad.
