They found my mum a carer very quickly. She has been doing a great job for months now. I am happy to be able to thank PrimeCarers for being there for now, and when we were in need.

I was charged even when a carer didn't not visit

For all the Eastern European carers an advice from my personal experience and from other carers statements: Please be careful about this James who is taking advantage of the foreigners especially when he notices that they are not speaking English very well. He will try to say that you haven't done all of the tasks required by clients even if you spent your time in their house. He won't pay you. I have girls who were quitting and that's why he will try again and again. There is also an extremely nasty and disgusting woman from Nottingham who has over 30 cameras in the house and microphones without any notice prior to start work. Her name is Michelle E so avoid, avoid, avoid! I can give more details to anyone is interested.

Hendrix D is a very reliable and experienced carer. He was brilliant when he looked after my husband and I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for support with their loved one. He showed plenty of knowledge on dementia and exercised a lot of patience, my husband really enjoyed being looked after by Hendrix D. I will gladly use his services again

This is my personal opinion and experience of Primecarers focusing on their customer care only. While I did not actually avail of thier carer serivces on this occasion I am recommending this company to anyone that wants to be treated with consideration and genuine kindness and would never normally put my name to a review unless I thought it was really worth it.

I would personally like to thank James and his team for an elite level of customer service and wish them all the best. Thank you.

I had a septoplasty surgery booked for the 23/08/21 and happened across the Primecarers website. I was slightly panicked as I had left things till the last minute and did not have an escort to take me home from hospital. I rang up the company and was immediatly reasured, listnened to and they even walked through how to use their website. They contacted carers on my behalf and even follwed up with a phone call to get feedback and to ask how I was. I was given a further phone call a month later to ask how I was, this I feel was a very classy touch.

I had a last minute change to my schedule that saw a family member come to the hospital and therefore did not need a carer on this occasion.

I cancelled with no issue.

Helen my Mother’s carer could not have been more attentive and caring. Prime Carers team also keep in contact to check all is ok this is a well run compassionate and caring company. If unfortunately you have to have home care I 100%recommend Home Carers as the way to go

I chose PrimeCarers because I did not want to use an agency who might send different individuals and I particularly wanted a male carer to look after my husband to enable me to have some respite care.
The website was very informative & gave profiles of carers who lived nearby and their individual charges which was most helpful.
I was fortunate to only have to interview one carer who was able to start straight away and he has fitted the bill perfectly. It is nice to know both he and I have the backup of the company and can contact them at any time if any problems.
I find it quite straightforward booking and paying for the visits, I am so grateful to have found just what I was looking for.

I have worked with Jacqueline for nearly a year,and out of all the other carer's I have met. I have found her to be an absolute delight to work with.
She is very very caring, she works from the heart.
Her client is always clean as is his home ( Jacqueline makes sure of this), she cooks meals often from scratch for him,in fact I have never seen her client eat a frozen meal, fresh fruit and vegetables never more than a hand reach away.
Nothing is actually too much trouble for her,her client's every need is constantly met,as well as the endless machine loads of laundry and fresh clothes.
She is genuine, every giving and always making sure everyone around her is okay.
I actually have never met another carer who pig's so much into her job.
Jacqueline cares Because she Cares! she has a lovely personality and extremely trustworthy.
I can honestly say she has taken standard of caring up to another level.

Primecarers have been helpful all the way with us finding care for our Mum. The carer we have is fabulous and our Mum loves her.

At a time of serious worry and need looking after an 84yr old friend who had become very unwell, PrimeCarers came to the rescue brilliantly. We had used agency care before and suffered the problems of differing standards of delivery and reliability. And we were now faced with the possibility of moving my friend into a home, which neither he nor we wanted. Happily we found some excellent carers through PrimerCarers, night and day cover. And the founder, James, was an amazing support and very calm in a crisis. Highly recommended. We are very grateful for their help in nursing my friend back to a much better state of health.

I found the whole experience amazing - they are so helpful as a company and I found two lovely carers to help look after my father who both went over and beyond what they had to do . I would definitely recommend them .

This is an easy to use service with good quality carers and it simplifies the process of employing carers. My husband has Parkinson's and we have used this service for nearly 2 years. It was easy to contact the administrators when there were small problems with entering visits and these were dealt with efficiently. Highly recommended.

I was satisfied with the care my mother received. The carer was proactive, attentive and very kind.
I hope to use Primecarers again whenever I need help with my mother's care.
