Dear Customer, I am afraid your version is incorrect,at first you have started with booking a wrong vehicle,then you have upgraded it,cab was booked at 11:00 but you got ready at 11:41 so driver charged you waiting time charges. then you did not go to your desrination which you have mentioned in the booking.last but not the least you were doing manicure (cutting nails) in the vehicle and created a mess by throwing your nails in the car. it does not suit you talking about professionilosm,infact it was all your mistakes. You have been very rude with the driver as well.

Dear Customer, My driver came there after 40 minutes of your flight landing, you have provided us EK093 which was incorrect flight number. after this the flight was at 18;30 in the evening. I have emailed you to confirm the flight number but did not get any reply,My driver went there 40 minutes after flight arrival but you were not there,We have tried to conatct you via phone number which you have provided and email but there was no reply. Around 19;40 my driver left waiting for you for 1 hour.

A fantastic service highly recommended.
A fantastic service, peace of mind early 6am pick up from Heathrow. Long flight and relieved to receive a tex from the driver saying he was waiting outside. Been let down in the past from other cabs not showing up and would highly recommend Prima based on my experience.

driver was late for 10 minutes as it was repair works on M25, you have provided us with incorrect postcode for your pick up,You have provided us GU34 5RG, It took him extra 30 minutes to come to you, you are a regular customer of us and we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.
