Booked a cab home from Brighton to Ashford, Surrey. Great price, communication from the driver were great, driver was punctual and polite and it was a smooth and enjoyable trip. Thank you

Canceled my booking last minute, leaving me stranded at Heathrow. My advice. Go with a more reliable company

Prima Driver is not a member of trustpiolot....why we are listed on Prima Drive. It looks like some one is using our name.
This is disgusting trustpiolot must Atlantic if some one is on there platform is real. Trustpiolot is involve in wrong doing and there question mark on ratings they have.

AVOID at all cost. Booked a car and cancelled same morning due to travel plans changing. NON CONTACTABLE via phone or email to obtain refund. Dishonest and unreliable.

Booked weeks ago via taxicode. Received email from prima one day before flight having already paid sayings its 40% more or cancel. Now have the hassle of liaising with taxicode as if i cancel it says i only get 10 % of my £300+ back. Cant get hold of prima or taxicode. This is not the best way to start a holiday. Never again. Site says the price you see is the price you pay ! I kept the screenshots.

Absolute a joke, booked 10 days advance, received email confirmation and payment taken from credit card. At time of pick called to ask whereabouts of the driver, i was informed your booking has been cancelled as payment was not processed.

Payment was processed and emailed them the confirmation. No courtesy to inform us they cancelled the booking. Had to make alternative emergency arrangements for airport drop off, just made it in time before check in closed.

Do not use, unprofessional and unreliable, much better customer focused competitors out there

Had booked for an early Sunday morning trip to Heatrhow airport, after 10 min waits and attempting to call nu,erous time, the driver finally picked the phone and told me he had slept in. He would be another 30 min to get to me, which was hard to trust and also meant I would late for my flight. He advised me that an alternative was for me to “book an uber” and that he'd pay for it, now there is no uber around my area and after trying different companies and finding a taxi to take me, this costed me a hefty sum which I am still waiting to get refunded.

I booked a pick up from Stansted airport. When my plane was delayed I emailed them to let them know I
would now arrive early hours of the morning and they replied saying they couldn’t find the booking. I forwarded them the receipt of the payment and they said they’d made a mistake and they refunded my money! This was no good to me as I was about to board a plane home and needed a taxi at the other end at 2am! They then claimed they didn’t pick up at Stansted but you can go into the website and book one from there right now!!!! Appalling service! Avoid at all costs!

This is an appalling company, unreliable and untrustworthy. I booked a car from Portsmouth to Heathrow Terminal 3. They sent it from London(!), there was a traffic jam, the driver told me he would be 30 min late. I might have missed my plane so managed to get a local taxi to take me. The company then pretended that the driver was on time and has so far refused to get me a refund, failing to recognise their responsibility to get me a car at the booked time to get me to the airport. Why send a car from London to pick me up in Portsmouth? Guaranteed unreliability. To be avoided, you will miss your plane/train, be late for your meeting.

Terrible service.
Booked from LA 4 days prior to flying, had to make my journey slightly shorter in the same direction, sent multiple emails to Prima and Taxicode to inform only minutes after booking, received no response from Taxicode and a short and sharp email from Prima 2 hrs before flying. I had no idea if they would be at Heathrow upon arrival. At Heathrow I waited for approx 30 mins and then went outside. Saw a message on my phone to make my way to the carpark...he was driving around, didn't want to park. Car was not in good shape. Shocking service, I had multiple rude one liner emails from Prima, terrible customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolute toilet. Booked car for Heathrow over a month ago stating luggage and people. Only to be informed 2 day before departure that we would need a bigger car for more money. Taxi code no better as could not get in touch with to find out what is happening. Avoid this company at all costs.

Had a quick trip from Heathrow to Windsor Marina and return. Brilliant taxi service . Shokat was polite , first class driver, car was spotless and comfortable . If using this company ask for Shokat.

BAD!!! Scammers. Booked a 6 person van for 5 people plus luggage. They told me the night before I need to upgrade to an 8 person van to accommodate the luggage. Rate went from 60 to 169. Refused to refund the original 60 when I canceled. AVOID.

Driver Waseem was excellent. We booked a 7 seater from Morden to Heathrow. He was accommodating as we changed booking deatils on last day.
No hiccups at all. Price was the best in town. Highly recommended, will surely use again.

Very pleased with this company. Taxi booked a day in advance for a transfer from the hotel to Heathrow T5. Booking process was simple and cost reasonable for the area. Driver turned up a little early and rang me once at the hotel which was great. He also helped me with my two big check in bags. I was worried about booking a taxi but the entire experience was perfect. Thoroughly recommend this company!

We booked through taxicode. Due to more than four hours waiting in passport control, had to cancel our request, after driver had arrived at meeting point. When finally we were done, contacted again Mouhamad, our assigned driver, who was kind enough, even after having waited for us before, to return within 15 minutes and take us to Cambridge. A nice car, great driver and very, very nice person. We warmly recommend

Made a booking through Taxi Price Compare and chose Prima Drive. Paid for the booking and had confirmation by email. Then the day before I am due to travel to Heathrow, they contact me informing that I have the pay the driver an extra 10 pounds since they have calculated the route to be longer than expected! I cancelled the booking via Taxi Price Compare and I am waiting on the refund. Be very wary of this firm

We booked a return journey to Heathrow through Taxicode and were allocated Prima Drive. Due to the government lockdown banning travel for holiday purposes we had to cancel 10 days before the date of travelling. We were only refunded 10% of the original cost despite it being out of our hands with no consideration of the reason for cancelling. Not recommended to use.

Excellent attention and great service, prices available to everyone.
