Based in Haverhill Suffolk we aim to deliver a service like none other. With a fleet of 4, 6, 8 and 16-seater vehicles and our Executive vehicles we are always on hand for all your travel requirements.

A very helpful and friendly driver

A very helpful and friendly driver.
Took all my bags to the boot for me and allowed me to get into the warm as it was -4 that morning. He gave me advice on where I could wait for my bus as it was early for shops to be open. On arrival he unloaded while I waited in the warm taxi🤗 very considerate 👍

Promised me a taxi service,

Promised me a taxi service, waited 1 hour, no taxi..
Only to find out 10 minutes after ringing, on their way, this happened twice... Third time was told, cab had a puncture, fair enough,
Please don't lie to your clients, saying on they are on the way!!.
Then rings me up to say no one available, as they have gone home!!
Unbelievable... Had a great service in the past... But left me alone to go home!

Small dog kennel collection

The driver was 5 mins early which was great.
We were collecting a small dog from kennel and he mentioned he wasn’t comfortable with dogs.
I reassured him this was a small dog would sit on my knee etc for the 10 mi journey and he was fine with that.
I was really impressed by the fact that someone who wasn’t comfortable with the situation honoured the booking and also helped me to load/ unload the dogs mattress at the end and was cheerful and professional throughout
