The driver was lovely
The driver was lovely. We called for a taxi and literally within 2 minutes a taxi turned up to our destination. The driver did 2 drop offs and was happy to take card. Would absolutely use again, thank you!!!

Great service
Great service. I was given a time for availability which I was happy to except. My taxi arrived 5mins earlier than advised, which was great as I had a trolley load of shopping. The driver was helpful, helping me load the shopping as well as help carry it to my door. Polite and friendly driver. Very clean car, and smelt nice too.

Pride Cars excellent service
Pride Cars turned up on time, the price I was quoted was the price I paid, Pride Cars also came to pick me up later that day, and again arrived in a timely manner and the price did not deviate, both drivers driving was excellent, cannot fault Pride Cars

On time and professional
The phone was answered promptly and the ride booked easily. The driver arrived on time. Very polite and friendly on our long journey, didn’t chat too much nor too little. Adhered to driving rules.

Don’t bother booking through the app
Don’t bother booking through the app. Booked a cab 4 days in advance for last night, got confirmation email and booking fee taken. Cab didn’t turn up. Phoned them and was told there is no booking, there must have been a “glitch” in the system. Had to wait over an hour for another booking then had the pleasure of paying an extra £12 as the new booking was after midnight.
The actual cab journey itself was good.
