Great flavors and fast delivery

All of the three flavors of pretzels were amazingly delicious. I tried 2 new flavors this time also.

These pretzels are fantastic. They have great flavors & the chocolate covered balls are so,so tasty!
I wish they could flavor the weave style ones with the butter & cinnamon flavor!!!

I ordered an extra batch of the same thing $59 each. I got the extra so I would get free shipping in 2 to 4 business days. It came seven or eight days later I missed a cocktail party. I wanted to bring them to and I texted Pretzels.com About the issue I was having and nobody even ever took the time to get back to me so yeah, I love the pretzels, but the experience I had was not a good one.

The "regular" (these are not regular pretzels) pretzels were good, but the soft pretzels were AMAZING!

Love your pretzels, it’s your customer service call back thats not good. It’s happened twice and I paid the $12 for free shipping and I don’t need it because I’ve spent enough each time to get the free shipping, but I can’t talk to anyone about it.
Plus I wanted individual gems and couldn’t figure out how to do that and again no one called me back.
Not sure I want to deal with your product again, sorry to say.

I have not been disappointed! My problem is which ones I like best. I have shared them with my grandchildren and they love them. I don’t think I can ever go back to buying the ones at the grocery stores.
