So disappointing
So disappointing. Teeny tiny pretzels with barely any filling. I ordered the pb&j and we were unable to even taste the filling. Way over priced for the product. I will not order again.
Customer No Service
2.5 - 5 for the actual pretzels and 0 for their customer service. I recently placed my second order with them, I have an account, and am a member of their GOAT club. Because I paid with a different type of payment, they sent my order to an old address-not the address I provided in every contact I have had with them. They will not take any responsibility for this error nor have they offered to resend the order to my correct address. They did offer to resend the order at a 50% discount. My original order was for over $40 plus the $10 for their “Club”. Am I going to give them more of my money? I don’t think so. Customer NO Service.
I saw an ad on Instagram
I saw an ad on social media, Instagram and I was curious, and I wanted to send this gift to my favorite Auntie in New York. The ad was PRETZELS.COM. When I got on the site it was easy to Navigate, plenty of flavors to choose from. Even with flavors you would think they cannot do! I wanted to create my own “Happy Birthday Gift Band Box”. You can order individually and they come in sets of 3s or 6 or even 12. On March 3rd, I decided to place my order. I received an order confirmation right away. The site sent me my receipt via email and advised me on my shipment status from beginning to the end. When the delivery person rang my Auntie doorbell she was surprised and excited to receive the gift. She LOVED IT!!
I wanted to send a gift that she can enjoy and we all love to eat on our Birthdayssss. Her birthday was on March 4th, 2026, the order did arrive on time. I was happy to see this on my email. This is the perfect gift to eat gourmet as a snack or with a few beers. She did say the packaging was very cute and from all three flavors Auntie did say her favorite was the Strawberry Jelly & Peanut Butter one. On this site they have a bunch of flavors, even flavors that you would think do not exist.
So, I prepared a gift package of a set of 3’s which included Strawberry Jelly & Peanut Butter Pretzel, Salted Honey Butter Pretzels & Butter Cinnamon Sugar Twist Pretzels. I prepared a Happy Birthday Gift Band for her that they had on their site. Auntie did say it was the yummy gift she truly enjoyed it. This was another way of saying “I love you on your Birthday and I appreciate you! I will re-order and share this with the people that matter in my life I highly recommend...This makes such a wonderful gift...People love to EAT!!! THANK YOU PRETZELS.COM!!!! MARIAE.

I received these pretzels from pretzels.com as a Christmas gift. They were pretty stale and tasteless, I’m glad I didn’t buy them…
Pretzels.com screwed up and didn’t make it right
Based on a Facebook advertisement, I decided to buy my husband some Valentine’s Day pretzels and a few other items. I placed my order and was told it would be delivered on February 13. Well, I checked the tracking number and found out they shipped it to an old address out of state. This occurred despite the fact that I entered the correct shipping and billing addresses when I ordered. I contacted pretzels.com and was told that they shipped it to an address that was used in previous purchases. What? They ignored the information I provided when I ordered, and their response was to offer me 50% off my next order. Okay, so I’m out $87 but I can spend even more money to get what I originally wanted. Pretzels.com clearly screwed up and had no interest in making it right. Obviously, I cannot recommend this company or its sister sites.

Reached out to company and they stated the item was out of stock. My response was that it seemed intentional to ship the package with incorrect order due to items being out of stock.

Poor product and annoying e-mail solicitaions
Ordered an assortment of pretzels which contained many different flavors, but it was hard to figure out the flavors without looking at the description on each box. Each mini- pretzel piece was borderline stale. The taste and crunch factor were not as good as some commercial brands you can buy at a supermarket. Even worse, the company bombards you with e-mail offers every day after an order. When you unsubscribe to pretzels.com, they start sending you e-mails from another of their sites, caramels.com. When you unsubscribe to that company, they follow up with e-mails from still another of their sites, licorice.com.
Poor product plus annoying, daily e-mail solicitations rates one star, but since the company actually sent me the right order on the right day, I awarded them an additional star for reliability.

Ordered $175 in pretzels, paid for expedited shipping so they would arrive by Christmas. They did not arrive as promised. Embarassing to not have pretzel gifts. It’s Dec 28 and still no pretzels! I believe I should receive a refund of the postage and some compensation for non receipt of my order.
Great Taste--Great Sevice
Bought these as a gift and got to enjoy them as well. The pretzels taste great, and the service is outstanding. There was a tiny glitch on my order and the company rectified it pronto.
Nothing memorable!!
First the positive: Pretzels.com sent the packages I ordered in a timely manner. The tube package of each type of pretzel ordered was visually similar and perfectly acceptable.
The Negative: The pretzels were not fresh tasting. I ordered several different varieties for holiday gifts and the flavors were nothing memorable. I will not order these again. Supermarket brands are superior.
Gluten Free Pretzel were crumbs
My husband ordered the gluten free pretzel 3 pack for me for Christmas. The floors were delicious, but most of the pretzels were crumbs and pieces. Very disappointing.
Totally Disappointing !
Ordered 12/11/25 said it would be there before Christmas. Receive email saying they were running late BUT it would be there by Christmas
and if I had any QUESTIONS to contact them at pretzel .com - I reached out twice and no response back. Now the tracking number say delivery is 12/31.
You have my money this time - BUT never again.
And I will pass my frustrations on.
Delicious Pretzels and Fantastic Customer Service
I ordered pretzels as Christmas gifts, and they were an absolute hit. They were incredibly delicious — so much so that my family and friends have already asked me to get them again for next year’s Christmas presents. It’s rare to find something that everyone loves, but these pretzels did it! 🎊

Soft Prezels covered with mold
Soft Pretzel Package was given as a gift and delivered by Fed Ex on my porch. I had been on vacation at the time and got the package 3 days later. There was no notice on the box ... or even on the pretzel box indicating "open immediately", "perishable", or "freeze upon opening." When opened, the hermetically sealed pretzels were covered in mold. When I contacted them by e-mail, they didn't respond to me, but instead responded to the gift giver suggesting it was her problem because they had be be put in the freezer upon arrival. This is unacceptable after 5 days and the fact that they were individually hermetically sealed indicates that the mold spores had to have originated from their factory.
Poor Service
I placed my first-ever order on 12/14. It was confirmed. To date, I have received neither a shipping update email nor my order. When I reached out I got a generic response telling they are busy because of the Holidays. I think their customer support is horrible. I will move to have the charge removed from my credit card tomorrow as this will be the last day of their promised 3-6 business day delivery.
Shipped and Arrived Super Late
UPDATE: My order from December 6 finally shipped on December 18, and arrived on December 20. It did not miss our family Christmas celebration, but I still don't understand why it arrived 10 days late.
I ordered nearly $90 worth of pretzels for Christmas gifts on 12/6 and the order has still not shipped, yet (edit: had not shipped as of December 17). I'm concerned because the last day for shipping before Christmas is fast approaching and customer service is only done by email and their response says that they are overloaded with emails and cannot respond quickly. I don't feel like these family gifts will be arriving in time, which is so disappointing. I looked on their instagram page and there are other customers with the same story, their order has not shipped, yet.
