We ordered pretzels they weren't delivered on the date we had chosen. They didn't contact us till 30 days after the delivery date. We asked for a full refund

The pretzels were an anniversary…
The pretzels were an anniversary surprise for my Granddaughter & her Husband & I also sent the same pretzels to my Grandson & his wife for their anniversary. They all really liked them & said they were the best soft pretzels ever!!! They remarked at how fresh they were!!! I will definitely be ordering from pretzels.com again!!!! I would recommend if you are looking for a different gift these pretzels are exactly what you would want!! Delivery was great!!!Pretzles are awesome !!!!

The pretzels had no flavor
The pretzels had no flavor. I got the sugar cinnamon peanut butter pretzel bites and the strawberry jelly peanut butter pretzel bites. I tasted no peanut butter in either of them and I tasted no jelly on the one that was supposed to have jelly. It was a disappointment and the pretzels costs waayyy too much for the lack of flavor. I will not order from them again. Very disappointed.

At first I didn’t think I would get them because you sent them to the wrong address. Please make sure you always use my new address which is 8362 Burr Oak Road Roscoe Illinois 61073. Me and my family loved all 3 flavors and the carmels are the best EVER!!!

The pretzels are Amazing!!! I really love the buttered cinnamon toast, salted honey butter and the honey bbq mix!! I’m obsessed!! I love the other flavors that I got as well- the pizza ones and the dilly ranch! I also bought a container of the original butter caramels which are absolutely yummy too!! Love, love, love everything!!

First time buyer but will definitely…
First time buyer but will definitely order again. Purchased for a coworker. The packaging was just like you see online.. just the box alone made me excited to taste. The person who received it loved the jalapeno ranch and his wife enjoyed Gouda cheese. Quick delivery and affordable. And they keep in contact with you until the order has arrived . Another plus . Great Job.
