PrestonHayes beat me out of $70. I ordered a pair of shoes on July 25th and checked my email and tracked my order through the website everyday for updates. Today, August 20th, the website posted that my package had been delivered to a parcel locker yesterday. I, then, immediately contacted PrestonHayes informing them (by email) that the locker system notifies of deliveries via email and text message, and I had not received notification. I asked how I am supposed to know where my package is when the only information provided was that it was delivered to a parcel locker? No one responded and the company does not provide a phone number for real-time customer support. It's obvious that my shoes were not delivered. At this point, I don't believe they were even shipped. Beware of this company.

I placed an order through Preston Hayes a month ago, and it finally arrived today. I am absolutely appalled that Preston Hayes could claim that the shirt I received is even remotely comparable to what was advertised.

The quality is honestly some of the worst I have ever seen, and the item I received is completely unacceptable—especially after waiting an entire month for it to arrive. What was delivered is not what I reasonably expected based on the product that was represented at the time of purchase.
I paid $59+shipping and the shirt isn’t worth 59 cents!!!!!

This is a scam site. The products they send are cheaply manufactured from China and look nothing like the photos. Plus all of their content and products are AI generated so stay away from it completely.

All around my experience was pretty good. Shipping time was pretty good, the belt i received was fantastic quality and looks like it was handmade!

Website claims to be born in New England…refined in New York with New York address. Shipping from China!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would!! WHAT A SCAM!! I ordered a blouse in my usual size. I arrived & was too small. I contacted the company for a refund & they offered a larger size "for 75% off" which I STUPIDLY accepted. The 2nd blouse arrived, WITH NO SIZE TAG & was the same as the first one. So not I was duped out of MORE money. BUYER BEWARE!! This is CRAP with CRAP customer service

Stay away! Ordered a dress that was completely misrepresented on the website, the material is super cheap. They have no office, very sketchy. Impossible return process. This company is BAD. Horrible experience.

I ordered the viola aviators and they look even better than the pictures, the only con is that they didn't come with a case but I can look past that.

Lesson learned. The item I received was so badly made and the material was unrecognizable to me. It was scrap, junk. Honestly not worth my time to pursue a refund.

I ordered a few different watches from this site and I couldn't be happier. I was a bit shocked at how affordable they were given how sturdy and fabulous they look. I will be picking up some other acessories next!

This company is a scam. I ordered some shoes they took forever to get here. The shoes fit very tight and wrong color. This company actually receives a negative 1 star . Shoe's Did not Come in a box came in plastic wrap. This is my fault. I Should have read reviews before I Placed an order.. I will never purchase from this company again.

This is a sham company pretending to be American. Shipping comes from China and Incredibly poor quality materials and items. I told them I wanted to return to shirts and they said they could give me a 20% refund and not even to mail the items back! Crooks!

This is a total fraud site. It is no where in USA. All the products are cheap China made, not even new just refurbished items shipped with tags cut out and cheap wrapped plastic packaging. Customer service wants to offer 20% refund and to keep the product. They are not even honoring their own refund policies. Just a scam site to get customer buy the products, send cheap items and have them tangled in the the whole refund process later. DO NOT TRUST THE SITE.

I ordered a pair of 100% leather sandals, leather uppers, leather stacked heels, leather lining, as advertised on Preston Hayes website, which I have a screenshot of. I received a pair of vinyl sandals, three sizes too big sent in a mailing envelope damaged and they offered me a 20% refund. Do yourself a favor don’t buy from PrestonHays

The heels on this site were so good looking I just had to get a pair. The shipping was a little slow but when i got my order I wasn't mad anymore. The heels were jsut as pictured, maybe even better!

BUYER BEWARE!! The open-toe sandals I ordered from this company (for $55) look cheaper than a pair of sandals one would purchase from the Dollar Store. They arrived wrapped in what appears to be a torn garbage bag. I am trying to get a refund (it says on the site that you can be refunded). I keep getting the runaround: how about 20% off and you keep the shoes? NO? How about 40% off and you keep the shoes. UGGGHHH.

the fisherman sandals are top knotch quality and comfort and I've even owned Prada fisherman sandals and these are very comparable at a way cheaper price.

Purchased a pair of new men’s boots from this company. They were represented as being genuine leather. They are junk vinyl and have an awful chemical smell. Company’s website says they are in New York. After contacting them it took 8 days to get them to agree to refund. They kept offering increasing refund percentages to keep the boots. I declined and finally they said I have to send them to the UK. Shipping back to the UK is cost prohibitive. Big scam. There is another reported incident with BBB that is identical to my situation.
